本实用新型的节能LED灯的底座结构，技术目的是提供一种组装简便、生产效率高并且安全坚固耐用的节能LED灯的底座结构。包括有底座盖和加重板，所述加重板上设有卡位，所述底座盖上设有对应的卡勾，所述加重板卡紧于底座盖的卡勾上，加重板上设有安装螺孔，底座盖上设有对应的安装螺孔，螺丝穿过螺孔将底座盖及加重板坚固。本实用新型更加安全耐用，同时生产过程中组装简便，适用于LED灯具中应用。

本实用新型涉及一种底座结构，更具体的说，涉及一种节能LED灯的底座结构。
背景技术
在现有技术中，LED灯由于其节能环保的技术优点，已经广泛应用于日常生活中的各方各面，通常应用的LED灯具结构中设置有用于稳定灯具的底座，对LED的结构起到固定作用，而在固定底座中配置有底座盖及加重板，加重板一般为金属材料，如铁块，当前LED灯的固定底座，底座盖与加重板之间往往只采用卡紧结构固定，导致底座中的金属加重板容易脱落，进而造成灯具不平衡的安全隐患，现有技术中，LED灯具底座存在的技术问题，成为本领域技术人员急待解决的技术缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型的技术目的是克服现有技术中，LED灯底座存在着加重板容易脱落的技术问题，提供一种组装简便、生产效率高并且安全坚固耐用的节能LED灯的底座结构。
为实现以上技术目的，本实用新型的技术方案是
节能LED灯的底座结构，其特征是：包括有底座盖和加重板，所述加重板上设有卡位，所述底座盖上设有对应的卡勾，所述加重板卡紧于底座盖的卡勾上，加重板上设有安装螺孔，底座盖上设有对应的安装螺孔，螺丝穿过螺孔将底座盖及加重板坚固。
更进一步的，所述安装螺孔为三个。
更进一步的，所述三个安装螺孔呈三角结构设置。
本实用新型同时采用了卡勾及螺丝固定的方式，将加重板牢固安装于底座盖上。卡勾102与卡位202对位放好。然后逆时针旋转，使底座盖100上的三个安装螺孔101与加重板200上的三个安装螺孔201孔位对正，用螺丝进行固定。
本实用新型的有益技术效果是：通过上述结构，底座更加安全耐用，同时生产过程中组装简便，提高了生产效率。结构简单、设计巧妙、易于实施。

在图1中，本实用新型节能LED灯的底座结构包括有底座盖100和加重板200，所述加重板200上设有卡位202，所述底座盖100上设有对应的卡勾102，所述加重板200的卡位202卡紧于底座盖的卡勾102上，加重板200上设有三个安装螺孔201，三个安装螺孔呈三角结构设置。底座盖100上设有对应的三个安装螺孔101，螺丝穿过螺孔将底座盖100及加重板200坚固。本实用新型同时采用了卡勾及螺丝固定的方式，将加重板牢固安装于底座盖上，加重板采用铁材料加工制作。卡勾102与卡位202对位放好。然后逆时针旋转时，卡勾102与卡位202错开，加重板200由卡勾初步与底盖100固定，不易脱落。使底座盖100上的三个安装螺孔101与加重板200上的三个安装螺孔201孔位对正，用螺丝进行固定。
本实用新型底座更加安全耐用，同时生产过程中组装简便，是本领域一个既实用又新型的技术改进。
