Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种结构特殊灯体、材料新型的反光板、经过特殊配光设计的透镜组成的偏光型LED路灯,它可以将路灯横向的发光角度由原来的垂直于路灯发光面改变成与路灯发光面倾斜一定的角度,包括:压条、钢化玻璃、偏光型透镜、LED光源板、反光板、灯体上端盖、密封条、灯体、驱动电源及灯体下端盖。它可以实现在不改变灯臂弯曲角度的前提下,合理分布LED路灯的光斑效果,显著提高了道路的光照均匀度,同时还避免了灯具仰角过大造成的眩光问题。

技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种偏光型LED路灯。 
背景技术:在节能减排、低碳经济成为全球共识和趋势下,LED已成为一个规模化的新兴高科技产业,随着LED照明技术的快速突破,LED路灯以其高光效、长寿命、显色性好、节能环保等诸多优点,率先在城市道路照明领域得到广泛推广应用,LED路灯代替传统的道路照明路灯已成定局。而传统路灯如高压钠灯、卤素灯、无极灯等,它们根据自身光斑特点所设计的灯臂弯曲仰角与LED路灯所需要的灯臂弯曲仰角不尽相同,因而在实施路灯节能改造过程中如果用LED路灯取代传统路灯时,遇到了二者仰角不符的实际问题。如果机械更改灯臂弯曲仰角,既不方便操作,改装成本也高,因而如何更方便、低成本地调整LED路灯照射角度,使LED路灯的光斑分布更加合理、光照更加均匀,是LED路灯行业亟待解决的一个技术问题。 
发明内容:本实用新型就是针对这一技术背景提供一种偏光型LED路灯。它由压条、钢化玻璃、偏光型透镜、LED光源板、反光板、灯体上端盖、密封条、灯体、驱动电源及灯体下端盖组成,LED光源板固定在路灯主体上,上面安装钢化玻璃,驱动电源固定在灯体背面。 
该路灯主体是通过密封条将上端盖、灯体、下端盖连成一体,更有效地达到防水防潮的效果。在LED光源板下面安装了具有高反射率材料的反光板,用来提高路灯的光效;同时又在LED光源板上面固定有偏光透镜,它可以将路灯横向的发光角度由原来的垂直于路灯发光面改变成与路灯发光面倾斜形成一定的角度,从而实现了在不改变灯臂弯曲角度的前提下,合理分布LED路灯的光斑效果,使得道路的光照均匀度有了明显的提高,同时还避免了灯具仰角过大 造成的眩光问题。

下面结合附图及实例对本实用新型进一步说明。 
如图2所示,本实用新型所提供的偏光型LED路灯,其特征是:它以灯体(8)与灯体下端盖(10)及灯体上端盖(6)为主体,通过密封条(7)连接,LED光源板(4)直接固定在灯体(8)上,LED光源板(4)下面安装有反光板(5)以提高灯具的光效,偏光型透镜(3)固定在LED光源板(4)上面,灯体发光面安装有钢化玻璃(2),用压条(1)固定以满足户外灯具的防护等级要求,LED驱动电源(9)固定在灯体(8)的背面,方便安装与维护。 
本实用新型的优点是,路灯主体是通过密封条将上端盖、灯体、下端盖连成一体,更有效地达到防水防潮的效果。在LED光源板下面安装了具有高反射率材料的反光板,用来提高路灯的光效;同时又在LED光源板上面固定有偏光透镜,这是一种经过特殊配光设计的透镜,它可以将路灯横向的发光角度由原来的垂直于路灯发光面改变成与路灯发光面倾斜形成一定的角度,从而实现了 在不改变灯臂弯曲角度的前提下,合理分布LED路灯的光斑效果,明显地提高了道路的光照均匀度,同时还避免了灯具仰角过大造成的眩光问题。在实施路灯节能改造过程中避免了利用机械更改灯臂弯曲仰角问题,使得操作更加简便,改装成本更加低廉。 

Claims (4)

1.一种偏光型LED路灯,它由压条、钢化玻璃、偏光型透镜、LED光源板、反光板、灯体上端盖、密封条、灯体、驱动电源及灯体下端盖组成,LED光源板固定在路灯主体上,上面安装钢化玻璃,驱动电源固定在灯体背面。
2.根据权利要求1所提供的偏光型LED路灯,其特征是:路灯主体是通过密封条将上端盖、灯体、下端盖连成一体的。
3.根据权利要求1所提供的偏光型LED路灯,其特征是:LED光源板上面固定有偏光透镜。
4.根据权利要求1所提供的偏光型LED路灯,其特征是:LED光源板下面安装了反光板,由具有高反射率的材料所构成。
