本实用新型公开了一种新型的水轮机检修密封结构,包括检修密封、密封压盖、密封座、橡胶条和螺栓,特征是,采用燕尾形的检修密封形式,此种检修密封直接用橡胶压制而成,中间无空洞,将密封条压入密封座中特定的槽内,上面有密封压盖,用螺栓将密封压盖固定在密封座上,密封座上还开有防止漏气的密封槽,槽内装有橡胶条,防止气体露出,这样,使得密封压盖、检修密封和密封座成为一体。在密封座上开有充气台阶孔,将压缩空气直接压倒检修密封上,使得检修密封充满主轴与密封座之间的间隙,以达到封水的作用,本实用新型结构简单、实用,密封效果好。

背景技术
目前,水轮机检修密封通用的结构为空气围带式结构,利用模具压制的围带装在固定部分,停机检修时充入压缩空气,使围带扩张,密封与主轴之间的间隙以达到封水的作用。此种结构围带的制作复杂,制作围带的橡胶内不仅要中空,围带内还要压入弹簧和弹簧座,工艺复杂,围带上还需留出充入压缩空气的专用的接头,接头为刚性结构,与软管之间需采用直接压入的形式,制作困难,工艺复杂。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是对现有的水轮机检修密封结构进行改进,提供一种结构简单、实用,密封效果好的新型的水轮机检修密封结构。
本实用新型的技术方案是:本实用新型公开了一种新型的水轮机检修密封结构,包括检修密封、密封压盖、密封座、橡胶条和螺栓,其特征在于:检修密封为燕尾型,检修密封上部设有密封压盖,密封压盖上设有与检修密封相配形的槽,密封座上也设有与检修密封相配形的槽,密封座上表面设有与密封压盖下表面相配形的台阶,密封压盖上设有螺纹通孔,密封座上设有与封压盖上的螺纹通孔直径相同且通心的螺纹孔,将密封压盖上与检修密封相配形的槽对准检修密封的位置压住检修密封,并将检修密封压入密封座上与检修密封相配形的槽,将螺栓拧入并穿过密封压盖上的螺纹通孔,拧入密封座上的螺纹孔并拧紧,使密封压盖、检修密封和密封座成为一体,密封座上设有防止漏气的密封槽,槽内装有橡胶条,密封座上设有充气台阶孔。
进一步,本实用新型固定在水轮机的主轴密封上。
进一步,将压缩空气通过充气台阶孔直接压倒检修密封上,使得检修密封充满主轴与密封座之间的间隙,以达到封水的作用。
