目前,在锁具技术领域,斜舌因为实用和方便性被广泛使用,同时存在,1、斜舌长期与门框摩擦,会造成斜舌、门及锁盒的互相损坏;2、斜舌常态为伸出锁盒状态,容易与人或物发生钩挂,且影响美观;3、具有斜面的斜舌容易被薄片物和勾状物打开,安全性能差等不足,为解决以上问题,人们提出了各种无摩擦自动碰锁,但现有无摩擦自动碰锁存在以下不足:1、这种锁盒基本上是全新设计,与现有锁盒不能无条件互换;2、有触点,门间隙要求高,只能减小摩擦;3、无摩擦磁性碰锁不能广泛用于金属铁质门,并且锁盒材料有特殊要求,制作成本高。
(三)发明内容
为了解决以上不足,本实用新型提供了一种无摩擦自动碰舌弹出机构,使用该机构的碰舌不需要斜面,常态隐藏在锁盒内不外露,使用方便、寿命长,安全性能好。

一种无摩擦自动碰舌弹出机构,包括锁盒组件和碰舌离合组件,所述锁盒组件包括有锁盒和导向板,所述碰舌离合组件安装在所述锁盒内,所述碰舌离合组件包括有碰舌、连杆、碰舌弹簧、碰舌挡片和碰舌支架、碰舌拨片、重力离合钩、复位扭簧、连接片、配重铁、离合定位轴和连接片铆钉,所述碰舌安装在连杆上,碰舌可延伸出导向板,所述碰舌的外端面为平行导向板的直面结构,所述连杆中段空套有碰舌支架,所述碰舌弹簧套装在所述连杆上,一端与碰舌连接,另一端与碰舌支架连接,所述连杆尾部空套有所述的碰舌挡片,通过限位块定位;所述碰舌拨片安装在拨头轴上,拨头轴与锁盒连接;所述重力离合钩通过离合定位轴安装在所述锁盒内,所述重力离合钩与锁盒之间设有复位扭簧;所述连接片相邻重力离合钩布置,所述重力离合钩的顶部设有与碰舌挡片配合的弯钩,所述重力离合钩的尾部设有与所述连接片相抵定位的挡片,所述连接片通过所述的连接片铆钉与锁盒连接,所述连接片远离重力离合钩的另一端设有配重铁。

本实用新型工作原理是:碰舌尾部设有重力离合组件,当碰舌组件被碰舌拨片压入锁盒后,重力离合钩在复位扭簧的作用下与碰舌挡片形成钩状连接,完成锁定,当门与门框接触时由于惯性配重铁继续向一个方向运动,连接片拉动重力离合钩旋转,解除了重力离合钩与碰舌挡片的钩状连接,碰舌组件在碰舌弹簧力作用下弹出锁盒完成自动锁定。
采用本实用新型具有以下优点:1、碰舌与门框没有摩擦,锁具和门不容易损坏寿命长;2、锁舌常态是隐藏在锁盒内不会与人或物发生钩挂,且整体外观良好;3、碰舌的外端面为平行导向板的直面结构,即,碰舌的头是方形设计,有效的避免了薄片物和勾状物打开的危险,安全全系数高;4、对现有锁盒改动小、结构简单稳定,可普遍替代现有斜面碰舌。
