本实用新型涉及一种包装材料的结构,特别涉及一种新型微波爆米花包装袋结构。
背景技术
外卖式爆米花纸质包装袋通常为两层结构复合而成,内层结构用于接触食品,外层结构用于印刷图案。在爆玉米的过程中和加热形成爆米花之后,防油主要是通过两层结构上的防油涂层完成的,这种结构的缺点是:(1)防油涂层所含有的特氟龙成分在高温下会引起挥发,产生对人体有害的成分;(2)由于结构不稳定,长时间放置会产生漏油现象;(3)防油剂价格高,且全部依赖进口,制袋成本高。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种新型微波爆米花包装袋结构,可以提高纸袋的防油性能,适合于长期保存,降低有害化学成分对人体的危害,绿色环保。
本实用新型是通过以下的技术方案实现的:
一种新型微波爆米花包装袋结构,包括食品接触层和表面印刷层,在所述食品接触层和表面印刷层之间添加防油复合层。
所述的防油复合层是一种有效成分是PE或者PET的膜结构,紧紧粘贴在食品接触层和表面印刷层之间,材料本身具有防油性能,食品接触层不再需要外涂防油剂,杜绝了微波加热时防油剂中的特氟龙成分在高温下易挥发生成有害物质的问题。本发明的有益效果为:
1、降低生产成本,绿色环保;
2、提高纸袋防油性能,有利于长期存放;
3、杜绝有害化学成分对人体健康带来的损害。
