现有塑料袋包装虽然在开口设置了锯齿形开口，但是由于塑料的质地不同原因，有些包装很难打开，市场上没有一种能够快速开袋的设备。

本实用新型的目的就是要解决上述背景技术中提到的问题，提供一种快速开袋器。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：快速开袋器，其特征是：开袋夹上设置第一滑道与第二滑道，卡槽设置在开袋夹上，刀片与第一铆钉相连接和第二铆钉相连接，第一铆钉卡在第一滑道内，第二铆钉卡在第二滑道内，刀片与手柄相连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是：使用时将在塑料袋开口卡在卡槽内，拉动手柄，手柄在滑道内滑动，刀片割开塑料包装开口。
