本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：由左套圈、右套圈、连接条、右笔柱壳、左笔柱壳组成，其特征在于左笔柱壳上部留有左套圈，右笔柱壳上部留有右套圈，左笔柱壳右部留有连接条，连接条右部连接右笔柱壳，使用时，将水笔一伸进左笔柱壳上的左套圈里，至左笔柱壳内，将水笔二伸进右笔柱壳上的右套圈里，至右笔柱壳内，即可保护笔套中的水笔。
