在太阳能光伏行业的单晶硅圆棒生长过程中，对生产设备单晶炉要拧加热器螺丝，由于螺丝是石墨做的，经过高温后会跟加热器底部连接在一起，通过普通扳手往往不能将螺丝拧下来，需要借助榔头大力敲击螺丝，甚至还会将工具拧弯或者拧断，非常困难。这样的问题在其它一些设备的紧固部位也经常存在。
