本实用新型涉及一种灌装导管,属于医疗器械领域,适用于骨科手术中骨水泥的植入。灌装导管由导管(1)、导针(2)、手轮(3)组成。其特征在于:导管(1)中心台阶通孔结构,外表面为台阶杆状,左端有螺纹,右端有外六方、凹槽、螺纹;导针(2)为光杆结构,左端头部为球形;手轮(3)为台阶状,中心通孔。首先确定中空螺钉植入的深度、方位和数量,实施钻孔,植入中空螺钉,添加骨水泥,连接灌装导管及医用注射器,注入骨水泥至手术要求。

本实用新型涉及一种灌装导管,属于医疗器械领域,适用于骨科手术中骨水泥的植入。 
背景技术
骨质疏松是常见病,容易引发压缩性骨折等疾病,给患者带来痛苦,影响人们的日常生活,治疗骨质疏松传统的治疗方法有卧床休息、药物镇痛、外固定支具等这些方法极易引起其他恶性循环给患者带来更大伤害。目前骨科手术治疗的方法多采用螺钉固定、在钉道填充骨屑、注入骨水泥等方法进行治疗,这些方法稳定性好、创口小、安全可靠,目前采用注射骨水泥的形式多样,但是手术过程复杂,成本较高。 
发明内容
本实用新型正是在保留现有技术优点的前提下,提供一种在手术过程中具有结构简单、操作方便的灌装导管。 
本实用新型的技术方案如下: 
灌装导管由导管(1)、导针(2)、手轮(3)组成。其特征在于:导管(1)中心台阶通孔结构,外表面为台阶杆状,左端有螺纹,右端有外六方、环形凹槽、螺纹;导针(2)为光杆结构,左端头部为球形;手轮(3)为台阶状,中心通孔,右端有滚花,且头部为球形。 
导管(1):中心台阶通孔,引导骨水泥注入,左端螺纹与中空螺钉连接,右端螺纹与医用注射器连接,注入骨水泥,密封性能好,导管(1)可设计为多种规格,供手术选择。 
导针(2):与手轮(3)连接,可选择性的注入骨水泥,也可将导管(1)中的剩余骨水泥推入,提高骨密度,导针(2)可设计为多种规格,供手术选择。 
本实用新型可配合中空螺钉注射骨水泥。 
通过术前CT或X光等诊断病症,实施手术:确定手术位置和骨水泥量,确定灌装导管的尺寸及规格。首先确定中空螺钉植入的深度、方位和数量,实施钻孔,植入中空螺钉,添加骨水泥,连接灌装导管及医用注射器,注入骨水泥至手术要求。 
本实用新型适用于骨科手术中骨水泥的注入,灌装导管结构简单、操作方便、安全可靠、成本较低,适宜于骨科临床推广应用。

灌装导管由导管(1)、导针(2)、手轮(3)组成。其特征在于:导管(1)中心台阶通孔结构,外表面为台阶杆状,左端有螺纹,右端有外六方、环形凹槽、螺纹;导针(2)为光杆结构,左端头部为球形;手轮(3)为台阶状,中心通孔,右端有滚花,且头部为球形。首先确定中空螺钉植入的深度、方位和数量,实施钻孔,植入中空螺钉,添加骨水泥,连接灌装导管及医用注射器,注入骨水泥至手术要求。

1.灌装导管由导管(1)、导针(2)、手轮(3)组成。其特征在于:导管(1)中心台阶通孔结构,外表面为台阶杆状,左端有螺纹,右端有外六方、环形凹槽、螺纹;导针(2)为光杆结构,左端头部为球形;手轮(3)为台阶状,中心通孔,右端有滚花,且头部为球形。
