本实用新型属于锅炉检测仪器清灰技术领域,具体涉及一种锅炉检测导管清灰器。
背景技术
锅炉检测点的温度传感器、压力传感器在锅炉运行时由于煤燃烧后会产生很多灰分,这些灰分绝大部分会随着烟气排出炉外,但有少部分跑到检测导管的通道内造成积灰或者堵塞,使传感器输出信号失常、不准确,使锅炉整体运行监控者造成错误判断、严重者会影响锅炉的正常运行,目前大部分锅炉运行采用的是人工清理,本实用新型的锅炉检测导管清灰灰系统可实现自动定时清灰,可彻底解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了克服检测点的导管积灰造成检测输出信号失常、不准确,本实用新型提供一种锅炉检测点清灰器,该清灰器可以自动定时清理检测管道内部的积灰,使检测导管畅通无阻以保证检测信号准确无误。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:将压缩空气接入到本锅炉检测导管清灰器的进气管中,控气柜设有空气过滤装置,输出管道与锅炉上的检测导管接通;本清灰器是由微电脑控时器控制,一次设置后,可实现每天多次对检测点的自动清灰,清灰时间可调,每天清灰次数可调。
本实用新型的有益效果是:每天1-3次自动定时清理检测管道内部的积灰,彻底解决了检测导管积灰堵塞问题,避免了因导管堵塞后检测出现误差,后人工检修清理的被动,使锅炉检测正常运行。

具体实施方式
接入压缩空气到压缩空气进气口(10),经过压缩空气过滤器(7)到达调压阀(6),压力表(5)显示调整后的压力,电磁阀(4)是控制元件,微电脑控时器(12)按照设定好的程序向电磁阀(4)发出指令,电磁阀(4)吸合,压缩空气到达检测器清灰口(2)将检测器探头和导管中的积灰吹扫清理出导管,这样每天定时吹扫清灰使检测器保持畅通状态,使检测导管畅通无阻确保检测信号准确无误。
