背景技术
现有烘干机包括壳体、滚笼、散热器、以及引风机，壳体的背面开有与引风机相通的排风筒。烘干机在烘干过程中，因装入织物的质地、数量以及进风量的影响，排风筒的排出量是不断变化的，而现有的排风筒是畅通无阻的，这样会造成能源的极大浪费；同时当烘干机处于待机状态时，外界的尘土、棉絮等会通过排风筒进入风道内对设备进行侵蚀。尤其是当多台烘干机串接排风筒时，运行中的烘干机会向待机状态的烘干机串风，造成出风不畅，这些问题都极大地延长了工作时间，增加了能耗成本，降低了设备的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有烘干机的排风筒畅通无阻导致能源浪费、设备使用效率低的问题，提供了一种节能烘干机。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现的：一种节能烘干机，包括壳体、滚笼、散热器、以及引风机；壳体的背面开有与引风机相通的排风筒；排风筒的内壁上部两侧对称设有两个扇形凸出板；排风筒内设有两侧分别与扇形凸出板铰接的调节板。当烘干机待机时，如图2所示，因调节板的上表面与排风筒内壁上部的两个扇形凸出板铰接，所以调节板在重力作用下自然封堵出风口且与竖直方向呈一定的角度使调节板容易翻转，这样外界的灰尘不会侵蚀设备，极大地提高了设备使用寿命；当烘干机工作时，如图3所示，随着风量的增加，调节板自动翻转开大，若风量减小时，调节板自动翻转开小直至下垂封堵，这样有效地降低了能耗，使热利用率最大化。当多台烘干机串接排风筒时，运行中的烘干机不会向待机状态的烘干机串风，提高了工作效率与设备的使用寿命。
本实用新型结构简单、设计巧妙，解决了现有烘干机的排风筒畅通无阻导致能源浪费、设备使用效率低的问题，该排风装置可广泛适用于所有的烘干机。
