 本实用新型属医疗器械技术领域，具体说是一种能用于双手指骨骨折复位固定的指骨骨折复位固定器。
背景技术
传统的手指骨折治疗多采用手术进行钢针内固定或单纯手指固定方式。钢针是从指尖穿钢针入指骨将骨折的两端进行连接固定，部分钢针裸露于外部，这样治疗虽然固定牢固，有利于骨折的愈合，但存在一定的缺点；一是穿钢针增加了创伤，而且愈合后需要进行二次手术拔出钢针。其结果是治疗费用成倍增加且需在麻醉状态下进行手术。二是增加了感染的风险，钢针裸露对患者来说既造成不便，又可能造成局部软组织感染甚至骨感染。三是由于个体差异，部分患者可能出现骨折不愈合的情况。单纯手指固定治疗形式多样，如夹板或石膏外固定等，其目的都是固定患指，由于手指灵活，活动度大，指骨较细小，稍有活动很容易出现愈合不良的情况。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种便于指骨骨折复位的指骨骨折复位固定器。实现本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：该复位固定器设有一手指固定套，与手指固定套配合有一腕环，手指固定套与腕环上分别设有挂鼻或挂孔，手指固定套与腕环通过挂鼻或挂孔利用前拉簧和后拉簧将手指固定套与腕环连接在一起。   
本实用新型不仅能固定骨折的手指，还可以对骨折手指产生适当的纵向压力，促进骨折的愈合。

具体实施方式
参照附图，该复位固定器设有一手指固定套1，与手指固定套1配合有一腕环2，手指固定套1与腕环2上分别设有挂鼻3或挂孔4，手指固定套1与腕环2通过挂鼻3或挂孔4利用前拉簧5和后拉簧6将手指固定套1与腕环2连接在一起。手指固定套1为一具有一定长度和直径的中空管状体，其大小以能满足指骨整复后能套于指骨上为宜，手指固定套下部前面及后面均设有连接前拉簧5和前拉簧6的挂鼻3或挂孔4。腕环2为套于腕上用于连接前拉簧5和前拉簧6的装置，在腕环2的前面及后面均设有与指骨位置对应的连接前拉簧5和前拉簧6的挂鼻3或挂孔4。拉簧前后各一个，用于连接固定器与腕环，在拉簧的拉力作用下，手指固定套1不仅能固定骨折的手指，还可以对骨折手指产生适当的纵向压力，促进骨折的愈合。

1.一种指骨骨折复位固定器，其特征在于：该复位固定器设有一手指固定套（1），与手指固定套（1）配合有一腕环（2），手指固定套（1）与腕环（2）上分别设有挂鼻（3）或挂孔（4），手指固定套（1）与腕环（2）通过挂鼻（3）或挂孔（4）利用前拉簧（5）和后拉簧（6）将手指固定套（1）与腕环（2）连接在一起。
2.按照权利要求1所说的指骨骨折复位固定器，其特征在于：手指固定套（1）为一中空管状体，其大小以能满足指骨整复后能套于指骨上为宜。
