背景技术
以往发电机转子铁芯上所采用的定位棒套管只有套管无卡槽其材料是环氧酚醛玻璃布管脆性偏高,定位棒与套管的配合经常会偏紧,从而导致套管破裂或者偏松导致套管打滑脱落;采用的材料是环氧酚醛玻璃布管。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种转子定位棒套管,它能达到所需要的绝缘等级并能很好的与定位棒配合,结构简单、成本低、适用性强、外形美观。
本实用新型是这样来实现的,它包括转子定位棒套管、卡槽,其特征是转子定位棒套管的内壁均匀设有若干条卡槽。采用绝缘性能好、强度高、耐温性好的定位棒套管,将定位棒套管套进转子定位棒两头伸出端,使定位棒与转子线圈隔开以达到所需绝缘的目的。
