本实用新型属于放电装置技术领域，具体的讲涉及10KV电容器放电装置。
背景技术
在10KV线路检修工作中，为了防止触电事故发生，必须对电容器进行放电。目前，对电容器放电大多采用以下方式：工作人员必须登杆，将地线挂在电容器的放电点，才能完成放电任务。这样，不但工作效率低，而且在往返登杆过程中，增加操作人员的工作量，并对操作人员的人身安全造成隐患，同时容易造成高空坠落事故。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题就是提供一种工作效率高、使用安全可靠的10KV电容器放电装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提出的技术方案为：包括带有拉闸横杆的拉闸头和绝缘杆，在所述的拉闸头的基部固定接地板，在所述的接地板上连接有接地线。
其附加技术特征为: 
在所述拉闸头顶端设置有带有报警机构的验电器。
本实用新型提供的10KV电容器放电装置，同现有技术相比较具有以下优点：其一，由于包括带有拉闸横杆的拉闸头和绝缘杆，在所述的拉闸头的基部固定接地板，在所述的接地板上连接有接地线，操作人员在进行放电操作时，不需要登杆即可进行放电操作，这样减少了往返登杆的次数，同时也避免了高空坠落事故的发生，提高了工作效率，减少了操作人员的劳动强度，解决了操作人员因现场小做安全措施不到位的难题，进一步杜绝了违章；其二，由于在所述拉闸头顶端设置有带有报警机构的验电器，先用验电器检测，在验电的同时，可以确认该线路是否是检修的线路，而且在放电后随时验电，直到放电完成为止，使用更加方便。

下面结合附图对本实用新型所提出的10KV电容器放电装置的结构做进一步说明。
如图1所示，为10KV电容器放电装置的结构示意图。其结构包括带有拉闸横杆1的拉闸头2和绝缘杆3，在拉闸头2的基部固定有接地板4，在接地板4上连接有接地线5。操作人员在进行放电操作时，不需要登杆即可进行放电操作，这样减少了往返登杆的次数，同时也避免了高空坠落事故的发生，提高了工作效率，减少了操作人员的劳动强度，解决了操作人员因现场小做安全措施不到位的难题，进一步杜绝了违章。
在拉闸头2的顶端设置有带有报警机构6的验电器7，先用验电器7检测，在验电的同时，可以确认该线路是否是检修的线路，而且在放电后随时验电，直到放电完成为止，使用更加方便。
本实用新型的保护范围不仅仅局限于上述实施例，只要结构与本实用新型10KV电容器放电装置结构相同，就落在本实用新型保护的范围。

1.10KV电容器放电装置，包括带有拉闸横杆的拉闸头和绝缘杆，其特征在于：在所述的拉闸头的基部固定接地板，在所述的接地板上连接有接地线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的10KV电容器放电装置，其特征在于：在所述拉闸头顶端设置有带有报警机构的验电器。
