本实用新型涉及一种发热电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种单导发热电缆。 
背景技术
目前电缆的基本结构是在绝缘护层内包裹金属导线,电缆在一般情况下是不会发热的,除非在超额电流工作或接触不良的情况下电缆才会发热,所以现有的电缆不能成为加热材料满足加热的需求,只能为产生热能材料输送电能,从现有的发热电缆来讲,大部分都采用冷接方法(冷、热线用机械压接的方式处理),在长期的运行中,发热部分与冷引线部份的接触点会因为接触不良而形成较大电阻,在接头部份产生高温,最终将接头烧坏。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述已有技术的不足,提供一种采用隐式接头的单导发热电缆,所述实用新型具有耐高温高压,抗强化学腐蚀的特点,使用安全、可靠。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:提供一种单导发热电缆,包括有交联聚乙烯绝缘层(5),铜镍合金丝(4),镀锡铜丝(3),铝箔屏蔽(2),PVC外护套(1),采用隐式接头(一种小直径金属丝对接方法)的焊接方法是将发热丝与冷引线溶为一体,解决了冷热交替而带来的膨胀和接触不良,能确保发热电缆冷引线、发热丝平滑焊接过渡,使发热电缆一气呵成,不留瑕疵;能确保发热电缆使用的可靠性、安全性、防水及抗机械外力破坏。确保发热电缆的使用寿命。 
所述镀锡铜丝采用隐式接头。 
本实用新型的有益效果在于:1、交联聚乙烯绝缘,耐高压,耐高温。2、金属屏蔽及强制接地,消除电磁场,完全适用于各种供暖用途。3、金属屏蔽层及护套层,100%防水,使用更安全,寿命更长。4、金属加强护套,提高抗拉、抗压强度,使其经得起各种环境的考验。5、PVC外套,抗强化学腐蚀。6、冷热导线隐式接头,保证绝缘层的连续,使用更安全、更可靠。7.交联聚乙烯绝缘体,耐高温不变形、不萎缩。

2.根据权利要求1所述的单导发热电缆,其特征在于:所述镀锡铜丝采用隐式接头。
