技术领域:
本实用新型适用于空冷式热交换器管束用管箱,尤其适用于双流程且介质进出口接管需在管箱同一侧的空冷式热交换器管束用接管插入式管箱。
背景技术:
已有的空冷器管束用管箱为直接将接管管头与不同的盖板焊接(介质进出口接管与管箱两侧的介质进出口室的盖板直接焊接)。已有的管箱结构型式不利于配管,介质进出口接管只能设置在管箱两侧,造成外接管路回路多,管线长等缺点,同时造成外接管路材料的浪费。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,便于配管、节省配管材料、介质流经长度小的接管插入式管箱。
本实用新型是这样实现的:
本实用新型接管插入式管箱,管箱4由隔板5分隔为介质进、出口室,分别与介质进口接管1和介质出口接管2相通,介质出口接管2与盖板3焊接,介质进口接管1穿过盖板3和介质出口室直至管头伸出隔板5与介质进口室相通,介质进口接管1与盖板3焊接。
本实用新型有如下优点:
(一)将进出口接管设置在空冷器管箱同一侧,使管箱外形尺寸比其它型式管箱小;
(二)方便使用现场配管,减少管路折弯,减少流阻损失,并使管路简单。
(三)节省外接管路用材,降低管路设备成本。
(四)应用范围广,本实用新型适用于设计压力≤35Mpa的各种空冷式热交换器。

具体实施方式:
    介质进口接管1插入管箱4直至管头伸出隔板5,采用插入式焊接方式将介质进口接管1与盖板3焊接,介质出口接管2与盖板3直接焊接。
