本实用新型涉及一种用于混凝土浇注施工的建筑模板,特别是由表层和芯层构成的轻质多层塑料建筑模板。 
背景技术
建筑领域施工过程中,混凝土浇注必需大量的模板,其中塑料模板以其独特优势应用日益广泛。中国专利ZL200810021182.5涉及一种低发泡多层塑料建筑模板,由表层和芯层构成,对提高模板的强度和耐磨性有明显进步,但该模板的芯层为实心结构,对减轻重量,降低成本,增强模板综合性能仍有不足之处。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种重量轻、成本低、综合性能好的轻质多层塑料建筑模板。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:轻质多层塑料建筑模板,由芯层和覆盖于芯层两侧面的表层构成,其改进之处是所述芯层为中空结构,设有整齐排列的圆形通孔。 
进一步的方案是:所述表层厚0.4~2mm,芯层厚8~18mm,圆孔直径4~12mm,孔距7~15mm;所述圆孔成单排均匀分布;所述圆孔成双排错开排列,相邻孔中心连线成等边三角形。 
该建筑模板的芯层由含低发泡成分的塑料原料配制而成,呈中空结构,重量比实心板大大减轻,用料省,搬运方便,降低了制作和施工成本;而且芯层中圆孔的尺寸和排列科学合理,使模板的支撑强度和整体刚度得到优化提高,加之表层的光滑耐磨特征,进而增强了模板的综合性能和应用前景。

3.按权利要求2所述的轻质多层塑料建筑模板,其特征是所述圆孔成单排均匀分布。
4.按权利要求2所述的轻质多层塑料建筑模板,其特征是所述圆孔成双排错开排列,相邻孔中心连线成等边三角形。
