Abstract

一种能通过在瓶体上设置计量器，从而显示瓶体内储水量的计量式保温瓶。瓶体的下端插入底座中，在瓶体和底座之间设置有弹簧，计量器连接在底座的桶壁上，在瓶体的外壳上对应于计量器中心轴的位置纵向开设有齿条槽，在计量器中心轴的外端轴头上连接有齿轮，齿轮插入齿条槽中并与齿条啮合，在底座的桶壁上均匀设置有若干个限位钉，在瓶体的外壳上对应于限位钉的位置开设有若干条限位滑槽，限位钉插入限位滑槽中。使用中，当瓶体内注入开水时，水的重量使瓶体向下移动，并因此通过齿轮和齿条槽驱动计量器显示出瓶体内的储水量。当倒出部分开水时，瓶体内水的重量减轻，弹簧即可推动瓶体上移，并再次通过计量器显示出瓶体内的储水量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种保温水瓶，尤其是能通过在瓶体上设置计量器，从而显示瓶体内储水量的计量式保温瓶。
背景技术
目前，公知的保温水瓶没有设置计量器，因此不能显示瓶体内的储水量。
发明内容
为了克服现有的保温水瓶没有设置计量器的不足，本实用新型提供一种计量式保温瓶，该计量式保温瓶能通过在瓶体上设置计量器，从而显示瓶体内的储水量。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：本实用新型包括瓶体、计量器、限位钉、底座、齿条槽、齿轮、弹簧和限位滑槽。底座为桶式结构，瓶体的下端插入底座中，在瓶体和底座之间设置有弹簧，计量器为圆盘式指针显示仪结构，计量器连接在底座的桶壁上，在瓶体的外壳上对应于计量器中心轴的位置纵向开设有齿条槽，齿条槽为单边齿条结构，在计量器中心轴的外端轴头上连接有齿轮，齿轮插入齿条槽中并与齿条啮合，在底座的桶壁上均匀设置有若干个限位钉，在瓶体的外壳上对应于限位钉的位置开设有若干条限位滑槽，限位钉插入限位滑槽中并配合组成导向限位机构。使用中，当瓶体内注入开水时，水的重量使瓶体向下移动，并因此通过齿轮和齿条槽驱动计量器显示出瓶体内的储水量。当倒出部分开水时，瓶体内水的重量减轻，弹簧即可推动瓶体上移，并再次通过齿轮和齿条槽驱动计量器显示出瓶体内的储水量。
本实用新型的有益效果是，能通过在瓶体上设置计量器，从而显示瓶体内的储水量。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2、图3、图4中，底座4为桶式结构，瓶体1的下端插入底座4中，在瓶体1和底座4之间设置有弹簧7，计量器2为圆盘式指针显示仪结构，计量器2连接在底座4的桶壁上，在瓶体1的外壳上对应于计量器2中心轴的位置纵向开设有齿条槽5，齿条槽5为单边齿条结构，在计量器2中心轴的外端轴头上连接有齿轮6，齿轮6插入齿条槽5中并与齿条啮合，在底座4的桶壁上均匀设置有若干个限位钉3，在瓶体1的外壳上对应于限位钉3的位置开设有若干条限位滑槽8，限位钉3插入限位滑槽8中并配合组成导向限位机构。使用中，当瓶体1内注入开水时，水的重量使瓶体1向下移动，并因此通过齿轮6和齿条槽5驱动计量器2显示出瓶体1内的储水量。当倒出部分开水时，瓶体1内水的重量减轻，弹簧7即可推动瓶体1上移，并再次通过齿轮6和齿条槽5驱动计量器2显示出瓶体1内的储水量。
