本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：本实用新型包括挂钩、固定支架、转轴和支撑环。挂钩垂直连接在固定支架的中间位置，支撑环为椭圆环结构，支撑环设置在固定支架的下方，支撑环的左右长轴端分别通过左右转轴与固定支架的左右端头轴连接。使用时，将衣物悬挂在固定支架上，当需要撑开衣物晾晒时，绕左右转轴转动支撑环，即可将衣物由内向外撑开，并因此有助于衣物的快速晒干。
