本实用新型涉及一种无级调压模块,包括一双向可控硅TRIAC和双向二极管DB3,以及由电阻R1和电容C1组成的一级触发电路,其特征是:所述无级调压模块电路中还设有由电阻R3和电容C2组成的二级触发电路,其中R3接信号输入端(1),且串接电阻R1和电容C2,而电容C2一端接电阻R1输入端,另一端接电压输出端(3)。本实用新型中的两级RC触发电路可共同作用完成触发;也可以在C1或C2损坏时单独一级RC触发电路工作,从而可保证产品继续使用,可靠性高。

本实用新型涉及一种调压模块,特别是一种无级调压模块。 
背景技术
调压模块具有体积小、性能稳定、外围接线少、使用方便等优点,目前已广泛应用在许多电路控制系统中。如图2为目前家用电器上普遍应用的一种无级调压模块内部的电路原理图。由于普通无级调压模块电路中只有一级RC触发电路,工作时,只要电容C1损坏,整个产品就报废。因此,其可靠性较差。 
发明内容
本实用新型为解决上述现有技术产品可靠性较差的问题,提供一种新的无级调压模块,使其可靠性高。 
本实用新型所述无级调压模块,包括含有双向可控硅TRIAC的主电路,和连接于双向可控硅TRIAC的触发电路,其特征是:所述触发电路包括由DB3与电阻R1、电容C1组成的一级触发电路和R3、C2组成的二级触发电路组成。 
本实用新型所述无级调压模块,包括一双向可控硅TRIAC和双向二极管DB3,以及由电阻R1和电容C1组成的一级触发电路,其特征是:所述无级调压模块电路中还设有由电阻R3和电容C2组成的二级触发电路,其中R3接信号输入端1,且串接电阻R1和电容C2,而电容C2一端接电阻R1输入端,另一端接电压输出端3。 
本实用新型的有益技术效果是:所述无级调压模块内部电路设有由R1、C1和R3、C2组成的两级RC触发电路,在电路正常工作时两级RC触发电路可共同作用完成触发;如果C1或C2有一只损坏,导致一级RC触发电路不能工作,但另一级RC触发电路还可单独继续工作,从而保证产品能够继续正常使用。因此,本实用新型可靠性高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种无级调压模块,包括一双向可控硅TRIAC和双向二极管DB3,以及由电阻R1和电容C1组成的一级触发电路,其特征是:所述无级调压模块电路中还设有由电阻R3和电容C2组成的二级触发电路,其中R3接信号输入端1,且串接电阻R1和电容C2,而电容C2一端接电阻R1输入端,另一端接电压输出端3。 
本实用新型内部电路设有由R1、C1和R3、C2组成的两级RC触发电路,其R3按常规可设为可调电阻。主电路中的双向可控硅TRIAC分别接电压输出两端2、3,双向可控硅TRIAC控制极通过双向二极管DB3接两级RC触发电路。 
在电路正常工作时,信号输入端1输入信息,并且通过R3对C2充电,当C2两端电压上升到一定值时通过R1对C1通电;当C1两端的电压上升到双向二极管DB3的触发电压时,双向二极管DB3导通触发双向可控硅TRIAC导通,从而使电压输出两端2、3导通输出电压。当C1或C2都正常工作时,两级RC触发电路可共同作用完成触发;当C1或C2有一只损坏,导致一级RC触发电路不能工作时,而另一级RC触发电路还可单独工作,从而保证产品能够继续正常使用。因此,本实用新型可靠性高。 
应该理解到的是:上述实施例只是对本实用新型的说明,任何不超出本实用新型实质精神范围内的发明创造,均落入本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种无级调压模块,包括一双向可控硅TRIAC和双向二极管DB3,以及由电阻R1和电容C1组成的一级触发电路,其特征是:所述无级调压模块电路中还设有由电阻R3和电容C2组成的二级触发电路,其中R3接信号输入端(1),且串接电阻R1和电容C2,而电容C2一端接电阻R1输入端,另一端接电压输出端(3)。
