本实用新型涉及电力设备技术领域,具体涉及一种带数据接口的高压柜。
背景技术
传统的高压柜是采用现场仪表对高压柜的运行状态进行监测,无法实现计算机智能管理。高压柜的数据信息、运行状态、报警信息、都无法显示和归档查询,更无法通过远程方式进行监测。
具体的是一种能够用电力数据采集模块并通过光通信对高压进行隔离后将数据上传至上位计算机,实现高压柜各电力数据信号的上传、显示、运算、报警、归档和查询。 
实用新型内容
实用新型的目的是为了解决上述问题,提出一种带数据接口的高压柜,该柜能够利用电力数据采集模块,并通过发射光端机、光纤、接收光端机与上位计算机进行通讯,实现高压柜各电力数据信号的上传、显示、运算、报警、归档和查询。
为达成上述目的,本实用新型带数据接口的高压柜、由高压电压互感器、高压电流互感器、电力数据采集模块(DLMK)、发射光端机(GDJ1)、光纤(GQ)、接收光端机(GDJ2),RS-485总线和计算机组成。其特征在于:该带数据接口的高压柜将柜中高压电压互感器输出接线端子(Ua、Ub、Uc)并联于电力数据采集模块(DLMK)输入端口,高压电流互感器输出线(Ia、Ib、Ic),分别穿过电力数据采集模块的三个磁环,电力数据采集模块(DLMK)的输出端口接到发射光端机(GDJ1)的发射端口,并通过光通信对高压进行隔离,经过光纤(GQ)将数据传到接收光端机(GDJ2),再经RS-485总线与上位计算机连接。
本实用新型能实现高压柜各电力数据信号的上传、显示、运算及报警,当上传数据达到设置的限值时,系统立刻报警,并且显示报警的范围和报警时间,使得操作或管理人员对高压柜的运行状态一目了然,并能够在第一时间内发现高压柜的运行异常所在。
本实用新型与已有技术相比具有安全、可靠、快速的特点,适用于高压柜远程监测及异常报警。

具体实施例:参见附图1一种带数据接口的高压柜,由带数据接口的高压柜、高压电压互感器、高压电流互感器、电力数据采集模块(DLMK)、发射光端机(GDJ1)、光纤(GQ)、接收光端机(GDJ2),RS-485总线和上位计算机组成,其特征在于:该带数据接口的高压柜将柜中高压电压互感器输出接线端子(Ua、Ub、Uc)并联于电力数据采集模块(DLMK)输入端口,高压电流互感器输出线(Ia、Ib、Ic),分别穿过电力数据采集模块的三个磁环,电力数据采集模块(DLMK)的输出端口接到发射光端机(GDJ1)的发射端口,并通过光通信对高压进行隔离,经过光纤(GQ)将数据传到接收光端机(GDJ2),再经RS-485总线与上位计算机进行连接即可。

1. 一种带数据接口的高压柜,由带数据接口的高压柜、高压电压互感器、高压电流互感器、电力数据采集模块(DLMK)、发射光端机(GDJ1)、光纤(GQ)、接收光端机(GDJ2),RS-485总线和上位计算机组成,其特征在于:该带数据接口的高压柜将柜中高压电压互感器输出接线端子(Ua、Ub、Uc)并联于电力数据采集模块(DLMK)输入端口,高压电流互感器输出线(Ia、Ib、Ic),分别穿过电力数据采集模块的三个磁环,电力数据采集模块(DLMK)的输出端口接到发射光端机(GDJ1)的发射端口,并通过光通信对高压进行隔离,经过光纤(GQ)将数据传到接收光端机(GDJ2),再经RS-485总线与上位计算机进行连接。
