背景技术
目前,电磁炉用三相整流桥模块功率一般较大,其通常采用引线与电路板连接。特别是所述整流桥模块外接的五个电极通常都是采用标准的直插式结构,或者螺丝固定式结构。所述直插式结构连接使用时比较方便;螺丝固定式结构连接稳定性比较好,两者各有优点。但由于实际应用时都用引线与电路板连接,使得引线穿接和焊接时比较麻烦,使用不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型为解决上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种改进的电磁炉整流桥模块,使其不需引线连接,使用方便。
本实用新型所述电磁炉整流桥模块,包括封装于壳体内的整流桥二极管和伸出封装顶面的外接电极,其特征是:所述外接电极均为长柱体,且其顶端部均为缩小柱体。
本实用新型的有益技术效果是:使用时可将本实用新型的外接电极顶端部直接朝上插入电路板中焊接,不再需要引线连接,使用方便。

如图1所示,一种电磁炉整流桥模块,包括封装于壳体1内的整流桥二极管和伸出封装顶面的外接电极2,所述外接电极均为长柱体,且其顶端部均为缩小柱体21。
所述外接电极2的长柱体为长方体。这样加工方便。
使用时,本实用新型通过壳体1上的安装孔安装固定,然后将外接电极顶端部直接朝上插入电路板中焊接于电路上,不再需要引线连接,使用非常方便。并且电路板透过过长柱体肩头可以得到支撑,使本实用新型与电路板能够保持相当距离,散热空间大。具有使用方便、装配简单等优点。
