背景技术
在纺织生产过程中，需要对已经成卷的纺织布进行退卷操作，这就需要用到退卷机。现有的退卷机通常在头部和尾部设置转轴，尾部的转轴用于转动成卷的纺织布进行退卷，头部的转轴用于拉动退卷的纺织布，这两个转轴分别连接两个对应的电机，通过电机控制转轴转动，从而实现成卷的纺织布转动退卷，由于采用的是两个电机，耗电量比较大，提高了生产成本。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供退卷机，耗电量少，能够有效地节约生产成本。
为解决上述现有的技术问题，本实用新型采用如下方案：退卷机，包括底座、设在底座上的竖直支架、设在竖直支架上的横支架，所述横支架的前端转接有退卷架，所述退卷架的底部设有退卷转轴，所述横支架上还设有凸轮，所述凸轮通过转接杆推动退卷架摇摆，所述竖直支架上设有带动凸轮转动的电机，所述底座上设有布卷架。
作为优选，所述竖直支架与横支架的交接处设有连接轴，所述连接轴的端部设有传动轮，所述传动轮通过两根传动带分别与凸轮和电机连接。通过传动轮和传动带使得电机带动凸轮转动，结构简单，传动效果好。
作为优选，所述底座上设有至少一个限位滚轴。避免了布卷架上的布卷在转动时移位，保证了退卷的连续性。

如图1所示，退卷机，包括底座1、设在底座1上的竖直支架2、设在竖直支架2上的横支架3，所述横支架3的前端转接有退卷架4，所述退卷架4的底部设有退卷转轴5，所述横支架3上还设有凸轮6，所述凸轮6通过转接杆7推动退卷架4摇摆，所述竖直支架2上设有带动凸轮6转动的电机8，所述底座1上设有布卷架9。所述竖直支架2与横支架3的交接处设有连接轴10，所述连接轴10的端部设有传动轮11，所述传动轮11通过两根传动带12分别与凸轮6和电机8连接。所述底座1上设有至少一个限位滚轴13。
实际使用时，将布卷放入布卷架9上，将布卷拉出一部分，并错位绕在限位滚轴13上，再翻过连接轴10，绕在退卷转轴5上即可，启动电机8，通过传动轮11和传动带12带动凸轮6转动，凸轮6通过转接杆7推动退卷架4摇摆，拉动布卷，并实现布卷的有效退卷，只采用一个电机即可实现布卷的有效退卷，耗电量少，有效地节约了生产成本。

1.退卷机，包括底座(1)、设在底座(1)上的竖直支架(2)、设在竖直支架(2)上的横支架(3)，其特征在于：所述横支架(3)的前端转接有退卷架(4)，所述退卷架(4)的底部设有退卷转轴(5)，所述横支架(3)上还设有凸轮(6)，所述凸轮(6)通过转接杆(7)推动退卷架(4)摇摆，所述竖直支架(2)上设有带动凸轮(6)转动的电机(8)，所述底座(1)上设有布卷架(9)。
