Abstract

本实用新型公开的培养皿灭菌布袋,本着使用方便,经久耐用,制作简单,成本低廉的宗旨研发而成。本灭菌袋是根据多套培养皿的形状设计,由袋底和布袋周边缝合组成的圆柱体形,使用时将培养皿装入袋中,扎紧袋口即可用于灭菌,使用方便,比起原有的包裹方法,省时、省力,提高了工作效率;灭菌袋材料采用双层棉布,适于湿热灭菌,经久耐用,克服了金属灭菌桶不利于湿热灭菌以及传统纸质包裹容易破损的问题;同时灭菌袋制作简单,节省布匹材料,成本低廉。另外此灭菌袋也可以用于其它物品的灭菌。

技术领域:
本实用新型属于植物组织培养教学和科研领域,具体涉及一种培养皿专用灭菌袋。 
背景技术:
植物组织培养是在严格的无菌条件下繁殖、培养植物材料,要达到无菌操作和无菌培养,需人为创造无菌的环境,使用无菌的器具。培养皿是组织培养的常用器皿,需经高压灭菌后才能用于植物材料的切分接种以及游离细胞、原生质体、花粉等材料培养,为防止交叉污染,每切分一个材料都要更换一个无菌培养皿,所以组织培养工作中培养皿的灭菌工作量很大。 
培养皿需包裹后在高压灭菌锅中灭菌,以前的包裹材料和方法有以下问题:(1)培养皿为圆形,且一包里要包几套,传统的方法是用报纸或牛皮纸包裹后捆紧,操作非常麻烦,且灭菌后湿纸很容易破损,造成污染。(2)随着组培技术的发展和普及,人们设计了一种培养皿灭菌桶,为铜质或铁质,制作麻烦、造价高;湿热灭菌蒸汽无法穿透,需预留空隙,灭菌后再封严,比较繁琐,而且从灭菌桶中拿出培养皿也不方便。(3)借鉴医学上消毒的方法,直接用棉布包裹,每次操作麻烦而且要包严就需大块棉布,比较浪费。经过长期实践和摸索,我们研制出一种实用新型的培养皿灭菌布袋。 
发明内容:
为了克服现有培养皿包裹方法操作繁琐、材料容易破损等问题,提高工作效率,本实用新型提供一种培养皿灭菌袋,具体结构为:材料采用双层棉布,袋体是由袋底和布袋周边组成的圆柱体形,不做袋顶。 
本新型带来的有益效果是:(1)直接将培养皿或其它需灭菌的物品装入袋中,扎紧袋口即可,使用方便,省时省力。(2)棉布材质适合湿热灭菌,且经久耐用。(3)制作简单、成本低廉。

具体实施方式:
结合附图进一步描述本实用新型的制作方法,一种培养皿灭菌袋,材料采用双层棉布,这样比较严实和结实。袋体是由袋底和布袋周边组成的、没有袋顶的圆柱体形。布袋底部根据灭菌培养皿的尺寸裁成圆形,直径比培养皿稍大些,比如植物材料切分多用直径12cm的培养皿,则袋底裁成直径D=14cm的圆片,根据圆的周长=π*D的原理,裁出长约44cm的布条,两头缝在一起成筒状再与袋底相连即可,布条宽度即圆柱袋体的高度可根据习惯灭菌的培养皿套数而定,一般灭4-5套培养皿,袋体高25cm左右。使用时直接将培养皿放入布袋,扎紧袋口即可。

1.一种培养皿灭菌布袋,袋体包括袋底(1)、袋周边(2),其特征在于根据多套培养皿的形状制成圆柱体型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的培养皿灭菌布袋,其特征在于其材质为双层棉布。
