为实现以上目的，本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
节约型铅笔，包括一端带有螺纹的铅笔和一个带有螺纹的塑料套子，其特征在于：该种铅笔比普通铅笔略短，约为15cm左右，铅笔上的螺纹约为1cm，塑料套子长度约为6cm左右，塑料套子可以与铅笔良好联接。
本实用新型的优点是：大部分人使用铅笔的有效长度为铅笔总长度的65％-70％，而该种实用新型基本可以全部使用完，因此，节约了大量的铅笔芯和木材。例如，我国每年的铅笔生产量超过十亿支，如果一支铅笔可节约成本0.05元，按十亿支计算，可节约成本5000万元。

参看图片1，该种节约型铅笔，包括铅笔1和塑料套子2，铅笔和塑料套子可以通过螺纹联接起来，当铅笔使用到一定长度，不能正常使用时，可装上塑料套子，将塑料套子作为手握端继续使用，这样可使铅笔的利用率大大提高，塑料套子可重复使用。
