本实用新型涉及一种吸风罩，尤其是一种震动落砂机的容积式吸风罩。
背景技术
现代铸造生产线砂处理用捅箱机、振动落砂机，在工作时产生大量的高温、高湿、高浓度的粉尘和机械噪声，过去用局部治理的方法，经常遇到的问题是：1、开放式吸罩，抽风量虽大，但外逸粉尘较多。2、吸入管内的含尘气体的温度高，湿度大容易在管道内壁结露，并产生淤泥。3、机械振动噪音大而不治。目前采用隔声板制作的容积式密闭罩，将捅箱机、振动落砂机，机械手和部分输送链，围罩在一起，既收尘又降噪。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种提高吸尘效率、降低车间噪声的震动落砂机的容积式吸风罩。
按照本实用新型提供的技术方案，所述震动落砂机的容积式吸风罩，它包括在隔声罩内安装的震动落砂机，在隔声罩的顶面上安装的吸风口，在隔声罩的上方设有除尘管道，吸风口接入所述除尘管道，在隔声罩的侧壁板上开设有进风口。
所述吸风口设置在震动落砂机正上方对应的隔声罩上。
所述隔声罩的侧壁板由泡沫材料板制成。
本实用新型有效控制了粉尘外逸，以提高收尘效果，净化作业环境。本实用新型中的隔声罩采用隔声壁板，有利于控制噪声外传，满足环境治理噪声的要求。

如图所示：该震动落砂机的容积式吸风罩，它包括在隔声罩1内安装的震动落砂机5，在隔声罩1的顶面上安装的吸风口2，在隔声罩1的上方设有除尘管道3，吸风口2接入所述除尘管道3，在隔声罩1的侧壁板上开设有进风口4。
所述吸风口2设置在震动落砂机5正上方对应的隔声罩1上。
所述隔声罩1的侧壁板由泡沫材料板制成。
工作时，在隔声罩1顶面的吸风口2抽风，使隔声罩1内形成负压，冷空气从隔声罩1侧壁的进风口4处进入，带动由捅箱机6、振动落机5扬出的粉尘，定向流入吸口，避免粉尘向隔声罩1外逸离。
除尘管道3内的风速大于（粉尘）颗粒物的重力沉降速度，防止了粉尘在横向管道内沉淀，消除了堵管的现象。

1.一种震动落砂机的容积式吸风罩，其特征是：包括在隔声罩（1）内安装的震动落砂机（5），在隔声罩（1）的顶面上安装的吸风口（2），在隔声罩（1）的上方设有除尘管道（3），吸风口（2）接入除尘管道（3），在隔声罩（1）的侧壁板上开设有进风口（4）。
2.如权利要求1所述的震动落砂机的容积式吸风罩，其特征是：所述吸风口（2）设置在震动落砂机（5）正上方对应的隔声罩（1）上。
3.如权利要求1所述的震动落砂机的容积式吸风罩，其特征是：所述隔声罩（1）的侧壁板由泡沫材料板制成。
