本实用新型涉及金属线材加工技术领域,具体地说是一种改进型拉丝机水箱。
[背景技术]
水箱拉丝机是由多个拉丝模组成的小型连续生产设备,其工作原理是,拉丝模循环排列,并侵没于润滑液中,利用材料本身的延展特性,配以合理的机械设备,良好的润滑条件,以及操作正确的方法,通过逐级拉拔,使得金属线材由粗变细的过程,最后将钢丝拉到所需的规格。
传统的拉丝机水箱中的润滑液的温度,是通过调节添加阀来手动控制的,其温度差异较大,给产品带来了不利的影响。
[实用新型内容]
本实用新型的目的就是要解决上述的不足而提供一种改进型拉丝机水箱,能够自动控制水箱中润滑液的温度,保证了产品的正常加工。
为实现上述目的设计一种改进型拉丝机水箱,包括水箱箱体1,所述水箱箱体1内设有电加热管2和热电偶3,所述电加热管2固定在水箱箱体1内,所述热电偶3安装在水箱箱体1的内壁上,所述热电偶3线路连接控制面板。
所述热电偶3与控制面板通过PLC连接。
本实用新型同现有技术相比,结构新颖、简单,由于在传统的拉丝机水箱箱体内加入电加热管和热电偶,实现了对水箱箱体内的润滑液加温和自动检测,从而很好的控制了润滑液的温度。本实用新型设计合理,操作方便,值得推广应用。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作以下进一步说明:
如附图所示,本实用新型包括水箱箱体1,所述水箱箱体1内设有电加热管2和热电偶3,所述电加热管2固定在水箱箱体1内,所述热电偶3安装在水箱箱体1的内壁上,所述热电偶3线路连接控制面板。
所述热电偶3与控制面板通过PLC连接。
本实用新型中,由于在传统的拉丝机水箱箱体内设有电加热管和热电偶,利用电加热管加热润滑液,利用热电偶来检测其温度,并通过控制面板设定所需要的温度,用PLC来控制加热,从而能够很好的控制润滑液的温度
本实用新型并不受上述实施方式的限制,其他的任何未背离本实用新型的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种改进型拉丝机水箱,包括水箱箱体(1),其特征在于:所述水箱箱体(1)内设有电加热管(2)和热电偶(3),所述电加热管(2)固定在水箱箱体(1)内,所述热电偶(3)安装在水箱箱体(1)的内壁上,所述热电偶(3)线路连接控制面板。
2.如权利要求1所述的改进型拉丝机水箱,其特征在于:所述热电偶(3)与控制面板通过PLC连接。
