Abstract

机床冷却液箱冲洗装置，在过滤箱的底部对应水泵吸入管的位置向下焊接一个存水槽，整个箱底的残水能汇入槽中，吸入管的过滤网正好沉入槽中，这样能将箱底的存水抽干。把回水管球阀上面的弯头换成三通，三通的一头接水泵的出水管路上，另一头接排出管，在排出管与三通之间安装截止阀，排出管通过快速接头连接喷头，在喷头上设开关。该箱不仅设有冲洗喷头，能将冲洗后的污液方便排出，彻底解决了过滤箱冲洗的问题，而且无需拆装管路，操作方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及机床冷却液过滤器，具体地说是一种机床皂化液过滤器箱的冲洗装置。
背景技术
常见的机床皂化液过滤装置，都没有设置清洗功能，过滤箱运行时在箱底会沉淀大量的铁质粉，这就要经常清洗，在清洗时要移出过滤箱，还要拆装进出管路和电路等，不但既麻烦而且费工时。
发明内容
为了弥补机床冷却液箱没有清洗功能的缺陷，本实用新型提供一种机床冷却液箱冲洗装置，该装置不仅设有冲洗头，能将冲洗后的污液自动排出，彻底解决了过滤箱冲洗的问题，而且无需拆装管路，操作方便。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术措施是，在过滤箱的底部对应水泵吸入管的位置向下焊接一个存水槽，整个箱底的残水能汇入槽中，吸入管的过滤网正好沉入槽中，这样能将箱底的存水抽干。把回水管球阀上面的弯头换成三通，三通的一头接水泵的出水管路上，另一头接排出管，在排出管与三通之间安装截止阀，排出管通过快速接头连接喷头，在喷头上设开关。需要请洗箱体的内腔时，开启水泵，首先打开排出管的截止阀，再关闭去机床的出口阀和回水管的球阀，使水泵泵出的皂化液去排出管的喷头，压下喷头上的开关，高压皂化液会从喷口喷出，这时，卸去过滤箱面扳上的过滤盒，将喷头从过滤盒孔中伸入过滤箱內用喷出的水束扫射水箱的底部和四周，将沉淀在水箱底部的铁质粉末冲刷扰动，经过一段时间的冲刷，使铁质粉末悬浮在液体中，这时打开回水管的截止阀，把污染的皂化液引回箱內，同时关闭排出管上截止阀，并迅速通过快速接头的插拨将排出管接通排污管或者污水池，这时再关闭球阀同时打开截止阀，导通出水管和排出管，可将箱內的污染的皂化液排出，直至抽干箱内的皂化液时，停至水泵工作，然后加入新的皂化液，完成清洗工作，从而达到不需移动过滤箱体和拆装管路和清洗的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是，操作方便，结构简单。

具体实施方式
在图中，在箱体1的底部对应水泵2吸入管3的位置向下焊接一个存水槽4，吸入管的过滤网5正好沉入槽中，这样能将箱底的存水抽干。把回水管6球阀7上面的弯头换成三通8，三通的一头接水泵的出水管9的管路上，另一头接排出管11，在排出管与三通之间安装截止阀10，排出管通过快速接头12连接喷头13，在喷头上设开关14，15是安装过滤盒的过滤盒孔，16是过滤箱向机床供皂化液的出口阀。

1.机床冷却液箱冲洗装置，其特征是：在过滤箱的底部对应水泵吸入管的位置向下焊接一个存水槽，吸入管的过滤网正好沉入槽中，把回水管球阀上面的弯头换成三通，三通的一头接水泵的出水管路上，另一头接排出管，在排出管与三通之间安装截止阀，排出管通过快速接头连接喷头。
