技术领域
本实用新型属于PET印刷设备中的涂布机技术领域，涉及一种在涂布机烘箱进气管路系统中的空气过滤装置。
背景技术
涂布机烘箱是涂布机生产时用于烘干镭射转移膜的设备，进排气管路系统是其重要的组成部件。当涂布机运行时，空气由进气管路系统进入涂布机烘箱，在进气管道内加热后通过空气的流动及温度的升高对烘箱内镭射转移膜起到烘干作用，再由排气管路系统将空气排出。
目前，在公知的涂布机生产过程中，空气是直接由涂布机进气管路系统吸入烘箱内部。由于空气质量和生产环境的条件差异，涂布机进气管路系统很可能将空气中的尘埃及蚊虫之类的异物吸入烘箱内部。这些杂质遗留在镭射转移膜表面会影响膜面清洁，继而导致镭射转移膜在模压工序时，激光全息层无法完全压印至膜面上，从而影响产品质量。
实用新型内容
为解决现有涂布机烘箱进气管路系统无法净化进入涂布机烘箱的空气，影响膜面清洁，导致产品存在质量隐患的问题，本实用新型提供一种带过滤装置的涂布机烘箱进气系统，其实施方案如下：
带过滤装置的涂布机烘箱进气系统，包括安装在涂布机烘箱上的进气管，进气管内设置有风机和加热器，进气管末端安装有滤网。
当涂布机运行时，空气经过该空气过滤装置过滤后进入涂布机烘箱，滤网将空气中的尘埃有效过滤；且由于滤网网眼十分细密，空气中的蚊虫等异物也被有效阻隔于涂布机烘箱之外。这些尘埃和杂质会遗留在该空气过滤装置表面。为防止滤网网眼被过多遗留的尘埃堵塞，影响涂布机烘箱进排气管路系统的空气流通，导致烘箱温度过高，需定期对滤网进行更换。
本实用新型的有益效果是，有效地过滤了进入涂布机烘箱空气中的尘埃和杂质，保证了镭射转移膜涂布生产清洁，从而有效杜绝了生产质量隐患。
