胃镜检查是诊断上消化道疾病的重要手段，在做胃镜检查时，病人一般采用左侧卧位躺在检查床上，并在病人旁边放弯盘接取病人口中分泌物，由于病人面颊与弯盘之间存在一定的距离，病人口中分泌物很容易顺面颊流到枕头及检查床上，造成床褥污染，增加医务人员工作量。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种在给病人做胃镜检查时能够避免病人口中分泌物污染床褥的胃镜检查用头部支撑装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：该胃镜检查用头部支撑装置由头枕、托盘组成，上端面呈弧形状的长方体头枕左右两端分别连接固定着相互对称的长方形托盘，头枕上端前后两侧上面分别设有相互对称的弧形挡板。
在给病人做胃镜检查时，病人头部放在头枕上面，胃镜检查过程中病人口中分泌物经过头枕上端的弧形面流入到托盘内，头枕上端前后两侧上面的弧形挡板能防止口中分泌物乱流。
