本实用新型属于医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种治疗腕骨骨折的腕骨三脚融合器。
背景技术
 目前腕骨骨折一般采用克氏针、钢板螺钉固定腕骨骨折部位,由于这些器械固定对腕骨间关节部位没有加压作用,术后需要长期外固定;钢板螺钉固定需要在较小的腕骨上打孔,操作复杂,增加手术创伤,影响关节功能,且术后可能出现疼痛和感染等并发症,对腕关节的恢复极为不利。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种操作简单、固定牢靠,能够有效避免感染,灵活方便,有利于患者腕关节功能恢复的腕骨三脚融合器。
本实用新型的技术方案为,一种腕骨三脚融合器,其包括镂空体部、三个内齿和三个固定臂;三个内齿均布在镂空体部内;镂空体部与内齿和固定臂为一体成型设计,固定臂向镂空体部下部弯曲,并与镂空体部成70o角;所述镂空体部、内齿和固定臂(3)均由1.5mm厚的镍钛记忆合金板材制成。
镂空体部的内外边距为1.5mm,固定臂的宽度为2.20mm。镂空体部与固定臂的总长度为16-24mm,固定臂的长度为7-11mm。
本实用新型的腕骨三脚融合器利用镍钛记忆合金板材的马氏效应产生动态加压力,固定效果稳定可靠,术后不需要外固定,置于皮下的使用方式避免了感染,操作简单,灵活方便,有利于患者腕关节功能的恢复。

为了更好地理解本实用新型,下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步阐述。
如图1-3所示,本实用新型的腕骨三脚融合器包括镂空体部1、镂空体部1内的三个均布内齿2,三个固定臂3。图1为本实用新型的腕骨三脚融合器展平后的示意图,如图1所示,镂空体部1与内齿2和固定臂3为一体成型设计,其形状为三个两两外切的等半径圆所围成的图形,固定臂3向镂空体部1下部弯曲,并与镂空体部1成70o角。镂空设计融合器轻巧灵便,还能节约材料降低成本,也便于植骨和观察融合腕骨愈合情况。三个固定臂3增强了融合器的抗疲劳强度,并且固定臂3与镂空体部1成70o角的设计有利于患者术后早期活动。
本实用新型的腕骨三脚融合器的各个组成部分(镂空体部1、内齿2和固定臂3)由1.5mm厚的镍钛记忆合金板材制成,能根据温度在0℃至40℃的变化产生动态加压力来固定腕骨,避免患者创口感染,利于患者腕关节的功能恢复。镂空体部1的内外边距为1.5mm,镂空体部1与固定臂的总长度为16-24mm,固定臂3的长度为7-11mm,固定臂3的宽度为2.20mm。
本实用新型的腕骨三脚融合器是根据人体腕骨的解剖形状制成,可根据腕骨的大小选择合适的三脚融合器,在0至5摄氏度的冰盐水中,将镍钛记忆合金腕骨三脚融合器的三个固定臂展开,直接置入腕骨后,用40摄氏度度热盐水热敷镍钛记忆合金腕骨三脚融合器,此时镍钛记忆合金腕骨三脚融合器恢复所产生的回复力可将腕骨聚合成一体。

1.一种腕骨三脚融合器,其包括镂空体部(1),其特征在于:所述腕骨三脚融合器还包括三个内齿(2)和三个固定臂(3);三个内齿(2)均布在镂空体部(1)内;镂空体部(1)与内齿(2)和固定臂(3)为一体成型设计,固定臂(3)向镂空体部(1)下部弯曲,并与镂空体部(1)成70o角;所述镂空体部(1)、内齿(2)、固定臂(3)均由1.5mm厚的镍钛记忆合金板材制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的腕骨三脚融合器,其特征在于:镂空体部(1)的内外边距为1.5mm,固定臂(3)的宽度为2.20mm。
3.如权利要求2所述的腕骨三脚融合器,其特征在于:镂空体部(1)与固定臂的总长度为16-24mm,固定臂(3)的长度为7-11mm。
