背景技术
床的功能主要是用于人们睡眠。随着现代节奏的加快，人们工作比较繁忙，身体得不到应有的锻炼，造成体质下降。虽然有一些人能够去健身房锻炼，但大多数人没有时间也没有能力去健身房锻炼；也有购买健身器材居家锻炼，但相当一些人的居住狭小而不能实现愿望。因此，一些人只能在床上或者室内进行一些简单枯燥的锻炼。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于，针对现有技术仰卧起坐健身器械存在的上述不足，提供一种新型休闲健身床，家居与健身完美统一、结构简单、装卸简易、不占空间、美观，使用方便且能适时调整自己的运动量进而达到科学健身。
