日常情况下人们将充电插头8接入电源为可充电电池9充电，在停电或者无电源的情况下，吹风机在一定时间内仍然可以正常使用，照明灯10还可以起到照明的作用，扩大了吹风机的适用范围，给人们在特殊情况下带来了方便。
