本实用新型涉及一种微型稻、麦联合收割机仿形割茬装置。
背景技术
传统微型稻、麦联合收割机的割茬装置不能根据田块起伏状态自动调节高度，人工将割茬装置高度降低后，在收割过程中割茬装置易与田块中凸起土块产生撞击造成割茬装置损坏，将割茬装置高度升高，收割后留置田间的稻茬或麦茬较高，增加农民田间清理难度，且不利于下季作物种植。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述现有技术不足，提供一种能够根据田块起伏状态自动调节割茬装置高度，保证割茬高度一致的微型稻、麦联合收割机仿形割茬装置。
 本实用新型采用的技术方案是：包括在连接板上设置曲柄链轮和割茬支架，在割茬支架上设置曲柄，在曲柄链轮和曲柄之间设置曲柄连杆使之连接，在割茬支架上设置割茬刀片总成，在割茬刀片总成上设置曲柄槽，在割茬刀片总成两端下部设置船型支板。
上述结构中割茬刀片总成两端下部设置船型支板，支撑割茬装置高度。
本实用新型上述结构具有的优点是：结构简单能够有效的根据田块起伏状态自动调节割茬装置高度，降低割茬高度便于农民田间清理和下季作物种植。

1.一种微型稻、麦联合收割机仿形割茬装置，其特征在于：包括在连接板（1）上设置曲柄链轮（2）和割茬支架（4），在割茬支架上设置曲柄（5），在曲柄链轮和曲柄之间设置曲柄连杆（3）使之连接，在割茬支架上设置割茬刀片总成（7），在割茬刀片总成上设置曲柄槽（6），所述割茬刀片总成（7）两端下部设置船型支板（8）。
