背景技术
原有的线槽(小规格的槽式桥架)，其盖板与线槽的连接方式采用：盖板放置在桥架上面后，  在盖板上面倒扣一个弹簧卡子，弹簧卡子起到固定盖板的作用，但不太牢固。盖板受到一点外力，盖板就容易脱落。对于竖向安装的线槽，此种固定方式容易脱落，因此，竖向安装的线槽，盖板固定往往采用自攻丝固定。就造成线槽水平安装、竖向安装的盖板固定方式不一致，且外观不美观。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、固定牢固的卡式线槽。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的卡式线槽，其包括槽体和盖板，所述的槽体两侧边上端分别设有凸起，所述的盖板两侧边下端分别设与所述的凸起相配合的凹槽。
所述槽体两侧边上端的凸起朝向槽体的底板外侧，所述的盖板两侧边下端的凹槽朝向盖板的顶板内侧。
所述的该凸起为弧形凸起，所述的凹槽为弧形凹槽。
本实用新型的在槽体两侧边上端分别设置凸起，在盖板两侧边下端分别设置凹槽，在安装时，凸起卡入凹槽中，相互卡接，使盖板与槽体牢固的固定在一起，不易脱落；线槽竖向安装时，由于盖板与线槽之间的强磨擦力使盖板也不会下滑，提高了固定强度。本实用新型结构简单，安装方便，省去了现有技术中在盖板上加装的弹簧卡子，降低了成本，而且水平和竖向安装的线槽都可以使用，外观风格统一协调、美观。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的技术方案做详细的说明。
如图1所示所述的卡式线槽，其包括槽体1和盖板2，所述的槽体1两侧边上端分别设有凸起3，所述的盖板两侧边下端分别设与所述的凸起3相配合的凹槽4。该凸起3为弧形凸起，凹槽4为弧形凹槽，两个凸起3朝向槽体1的底板外侧，方向相背。盖板2两侧边下端的凹槽4朝向盖板的顶板内侧，方向相向。盖板安装时，盖板2一侧凹槽4先扣在槽体1一侧的凸起3上，向一端用力向下压，直至盖板2另一侧的凹槽3卡住槽体1另一侧的凸起上，这时盖板就牢牢的卡在线槽上了，线槽竖向安装时，由于盖板与线槽之间的强磨擦力使盖板也不会下滑，连接很牢固。
本方案利用盖板与线槽的自身结构优势，使二者有机的连接在一起，且连接牢固可靠，安装很方便，也在不区分水平安装、竖向安装，保证了连接的一致性。避免了老式的弹簧卡子、自攻丝等不同的安装方式。外观美观，提高了加工效率、安装效率。

1.一种卡式线槽，其包括槽体和盖板，其特征在于，所述的槽体两侧边上端分别设有凸起，所述的盖板两侧边下端分别设与所述的凸起相配合的凹槽。
2.按照权利要求1所述的卡式线槽，其特征在于，所述槽体两侧边上端的凸起朝向槽体的底板外侧，所述的盖板两侧边下端的凹槽朝向盖板的顶板内侧。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的卡式线槽，其特征在于，所述的该凸起为弧形凸起，所述的凹槽为弧形凹槽。
