如图1所示，本实用新型一种定时插座，设有盒体1，该盒体1上设有插孔2和开关3，该开关3控制所有插孔2的通断，其特征在于：所述开关3为旋钮式定时开关。
旋钮式定时开关为现有技术中的一种设备，常用于电风扇等电器的定时功能，这里不再详述。
开关3上的旋钮档位一般有开、关及不同的时间区段，可以根据具体需要而设定。本结构通过导线4与用电设备相连。
使用时，将开关3上的旋钮旋转至需要的时间档位，即可实现定时开关功能。
