为了克服现有的伸缩式警棍在使用中其可靠性较差的不足,本实用新型提供一种弹簧式警棍,该弹簧式警棍能通过弹簧将设置在手柄中的伸缩棍弹出,并且使用简单可靠。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本实用新型包括伸缩棍、顶盖、手柄、底盖、按钮、锁头、锁槽和弹簧。在伸缩棍的前端头处开设有环形的锁槽,在伸缩棍的后部沿轴线开设有安装孔,弹簧的前端插入安装孔中。手柄为圆筒形结构,伸缩棍和弹簧均设置在手柄中,顶盖和底盖分别连接在手柄的前端和后端,在顶盖中设置有与伸缩棍上的锁槽相配合的锁头,在底盖的轴心处设置有按钮,按钮的后端伸出底盖外,按钮的前端位于手柄中并与弹簧的后端连接。收缩时,将伸缩棍压入手柄中,并通过锁头和锁槽的配合将伸缩棍锁定即可。弹出时,推压按钮,通过按钮推动伸缩棍前移,当伸缩棍上的锁槽脱离顶盖上锁头的限制时,弹簧将弹出伸缩棍,并同时使按钮复位。

在图1、图2中,在伸缩棍1的前端头处开设有环形的锁槽8,在伸缩棍1的后部沿轴线开设有安装孔,弹簧7的前端插入安装孔中。手柄3为圆筒形结构,伸缩棍1和弹簧7均设置在手柄3中,顶盖2和底盖4分别连接在手柄3的前端和后端,在顶盖2中设置有与伸缩棍1上的锁槽8相配合的锁头6,在底盖4的轴心处设置有按钮5,按钮5的后端伸出底盖4外,按钮5的前端位于手柄3中并与弹簧7的后端连接。
在图1、图3中,收缩时,将伸缩棍1压入手柄3中,并通过锁头6和锁槽8的配合将伸缩棍1锁定即可。弹出时,推压按钮5,通过按钮5推动伸缩棍1前移,当伸缩棍1上的锁槽8脱离顶盖2上锁头6的限制时,弹簧7将弹出伸缩棍1,并同时使按钮5复位。
