Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种快速软管连接器，包括接头体，所述接头体一端制有外螺纹，接头体另一端设有可将软管卡住的锁扣。本实用新型通过锁扣上一定数量的可以短距离移动的内锁齿，在使用过程中，内锁齿自动卡入软管外的凹纹固定软管，达到不拆开接头即可快速安装软管的目的。

背景技术
软管接头为固定软管的一种装置，可以满足软管与箱体间的防水、防尘要求。现有的尼龙快速软管接头具有重量较轻，成本较低的优点，但安装时不够方便，因此有必要改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题是提供一种可以实现快速方便将软管与箱体连接起来的快速软管连接器。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：快速软管连接器，包括接头体，所述接头体一端制有外螺纹，接头体另一端设有可将软管卡住的锁扣。
其中，所述锁扣上制有内锁齿和外锁齿，所述内锁齿伸入接头体内腔与软管卡合且内锁齿可沿接头体内腔壁滑动，所述外锁齿置于接头体外。
进一步地，所述接头体内腔与软管外径间设有密封圈。
本实用新型与现有技术相比通过锁扣上一定数量的可以短距离移动的内锁齿，在使用过程中，内锁齿自动卡入软管外的凹纹固定软管，达到不拆开接头即可快速安装软管的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1描述本实用新型的第一种实施例。
快速软管连接器，包括接头体1，所述接头体1一端制有与箱体等部件连接的外螺纹4，接头体1另一端设有可将软管卡住的锁扣3，所述锁扣3上制有内锁齿5和外锁齿6，所述内锁齿5伸入接头体1内腔与软管上的凹纹卡合且内锁齿5可沿接头体1内腔壁滑动，所述外锁齿6置于接头体1外。
工作过程：首先将锁扣3与接头体1相配合，并让内锁齿5伸入接头体1内腔，将软管伸入接头体1内腔并通过按压外锁齿6使内锁齿5与软管外径上的凹纹相卡合，然后将接头体1制有外螺纹4的一端与箱体等部件旋合即可；当需要拆下软管时，通过按压外锁齿6使内锁齿5与软管外径上的凹纹相脱离，即可将软管顺利拨出。
下面结合附图2描述本实用新型的第二种实施例。
结构和原理与第一实施例相同，不同之处在于，接头体1内腔与软管外径间设有密封圈2。密封圈2的设置，使接头体的防护等级可达到IP68级。

1.快速软管连接器，包括接头体（1），其特征在于：所述接头体（1）一端制有外螺纹（4），接头体（1）另一端设有可将软管卡住的锁扣（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速软管连接器，其特征在于：所述锁扣（3）上制有内锁齿（5）和外锁齿（6），所述内锁齿（5）伸入接头体（1）内腔与软管卡合且内锁齿（5）可沿接头体（1）内腔壁滑动，所述外锁齿（6）置于接头体（1）外。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的快速软管连接器，其特征在于：所述接头体（1）内腔与软管外径间设有密封圈（2）。
