1.一种防止座便器下水上翻装置，包括与座便池（1）下部密封衔接的排污管（2），其特征在于：在所述排污管（2）内设置有阀门（3），所述阀门（3）的阀杆（4）密封延伸出排污管（2）管壁之外；在排污管（2）管壁上位于阀门（3）上方和下方位置处分别开设有上排水口和下排水口，所述上排水口通过管道（5）与地漏（6）连通，所述下排水口通过单向阀（7）与地漏（6）连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防止座便器下水上翻装置，其特征在于：所述阀门（3）为球阀。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防止座便器下水上翻装置，其特征在于：连通所述上排水口与地漏（6）的管道（5）为虹吸管。
