本实用新型属于清洗装置领域，涉及一种转盘式清洗装置，尤其是一种用于清洗工件表面油污、锈蚀、污斑等用的转盘式清洗装置。 
背景技术
随着工业产品质量要求的提高，对零件清洗提出了越来越高的要求，为了提高生产效率，降低工人劳动强度，常使用自动化的清洗装置，目前多工位清洗机工作是体多采用“一”字形布置，零件输送大多采用链条网带式输送，装置占地面积大，污染环境，成本高；本清洗装置主要用于大型工件的清洗，一个密封棚体中可实现多种溶液的喷淋，工件可旋转，喷管不但可以旋转，而且可以上下移动，可使喷嘴近距离接触工件，缩小喷淋面积，减少对环境的污染，同时可以达到节约用水的目的。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服大工件清洗过程中，喷淋占地面积大，严重污染环境的缺点，提供一种转盘式清洗装置，包括旋转工件车、密封棚体、溶液槽、喷淋泵、喷淋管/吹干管、回流气缸和密封门；所述旋转工件车和溶液槽(3)都设置在密封棚体内，在密封棚体上设置有密封门；所述回流气缸设置在旋转工件车周围，回流气缸与溶液槽连接；所述旋转工件车上方和侧方设置有喷淋管/吹干管，喷淋管/吹干管上设置有喷淋泵。 
所述旋转工件车通过旋转轴与密封棚体连接在一起。 
所述喷淋管/吹干管能够通过自身上下移动或旋转运动来调节喷淋管/吹干管与工件的距离。所述溶液槽与喷淋泵是一个或多个。所述密封门形状为圆弧形。 
本实用新型专利的转盘式清洗装置，主要用于大型工件的清洗，一个密封棚体中可实现多种溶液的喷淋，工件可旋转，喷管不但可以旋转，而且可以上下移动。可使喷嘴近距离接触工件，缩小喷淋面积，减少对环境的污染。

所述旋转工件车通过旋转轴与密封棚体连接在一起。 
所述喷淋管/吹干管能够通过自身上下移动或旋转运动来调节喷淋管/吹干管与工件的距离。所述溶液槽与喷淋泵是一个或多个。所述密封门形状为圆弧形，有利于节约空间。 
本实用新型的旋转喷淋管可以旋转，也可上下移动，从而近距离的喷洗工件，工件的旋转可以减少喷嘴的数量，从而达到减少污染，保护环境，节约用水的目的，此装置适合于大型工件、小批量的清洗。

1.转盘式清洗装置，其特征在于：包括旋转工件车(1)、密封棚体(2)、溶液槽(3)、喷淋泵(4)、喷淋管/吹干管(5)、回流气缸(6)和密封门(7)；所述旋转工件车(1) 和溶液槽(3)都设置在密封棚体(2)内，在密封棚体(2)上设置有密封门(7)；所述回流气缸(6)设置在旋转工件车(1)周围，回流气缸(6)与溶液槽(3)连接；所述旋转工件车(1)上方和侧方设置有喷淋管/吹干管(5)，喷淋管/吹干管(5)上设置有喷淋泵(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的转盘式清洗装置，其特征在于：所述旋转工件车(1)通过旋转轴与密封棚体（2）连接在一起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的转盘式清洗装置，其特征在于：所述喷淋管/吹干管(5)能够通过自身上下移动或旋转运动来调节喷淋管/吹干管(5)与工件的距离。
4.根据权利要求3所述的转盘式清洗装置，其特征在于：所述溶液槽(3)与喷淋泵(4)是一个或多个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的转盘式清洗装置，其特征在于：所述密封门(7)形状为圆弧形。
