背景技术
管磨机的出料装置，是影响磨机产量的重要因素。磨机出料装置的原结构形式为：出料箅板（铸造件）装在出料箅板架上，通过箅板缝的大小控制出料的速度，箅缝的宽度一般为8~12mm。由于小于8mm以下的箅缝的铸造很困难，因此无法使用更小的研磨体，研磨出更细的物料，而且研磨体磨小后很容易卡在箅缝上，最后堵塞箅缝，影响磨机的产量。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型提供管磨机的出料装置，具有可避免箅缝的堵塞、提高管磨机的产量、出磨的产品细度大大提高的效果。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种管磨机的出料装置，包括出料箅板架、筛板和压条，筛板上有箅缝，筛板安装在出料箅板架上，压条安装在筛板的外侧并固定在出料箅板架上。
本实用新型的有益效果是：可避免箅缝的堵塞、提高管磨机的产量、出磨的产品细度大大提高。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1、图2和图3所示，本实用新型包括出料箅板架3、筛板2和压条1，筛板2上有箅缝，筛板2安装在出料箅板架3上，压条1安装在筛板2的外侧并固定在出料箅板架3上，压条1为耐磨铸钢铸造，同时起到保护筛板的作用。通过这种结构的改进，避免了箅缝的堵塞，提高了磨机的产量，由于较小研磨体的使用成为可能，出磨的产品细度大大提高，增加经济效益。

1.一种管磨机的出料装置，包括出料箅板架（3），其特征在于，还包括筛板（2）和压条（1），筛板（2）上有箅缝，筛板（2）安装在出料箅板架（3）上，压条（1）安装在筛板（2）的外侧并固定在出料箅板架（3）上。
