本实用新型的技术方案是：该外科用镊子包括镊子的上夹杆和下夹杆。上夹杆和下夹杆外固定有套指环。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果：该外科用镊子由于采用在上夹杆和下夹杆外固定有套指环结构。利用套指环将镊子连接在手上，减少镊子从手上滑脱的机率，因而减少患者的痛苦，提高治疗安全性。所以说该外科用镊子具有不易滑脱的特点。
