Abstract
本实用新型提供一种油田用新型调剖泵,以改善调剖泵的介质输送形式、提高输送效率。它具有作为壳体的缸体,在缸体内对称装有控制流体通过的阀组件,所述阀组件由阀座和阀芯构成,且阀座为锥面,阀芯上装有橡胶密封圈实现与阀座锥面的密封。本实用新型将阀座的装配形式改为锥面固定,优点是零部件减少,装配简单,外形轻巧,检修省时省力。将阀密封面改为橡胶软密封,改善了调剖泵的介质输送形式、提高了输送效率,结构简单,磨损小,寿命长。同时,由于是柔软界面,不会切断输送介质的分子链,不会破坏输送介质的物理特性。

本实用新型属于液体输送装置,特别是一种油田用新型调剖泵。
背景技术
目前国内各大油田使用的调剖泵,阀座的装配形式为垂直固定式,零部件过多,装配繁琐,致使泵体积笨重,导致用户检修泵时困难多,耗工费时,维修费用过高,同时阀密封面为金属硬密封,阀组件寿命短,更换太频繁,生产成本高,更为关键的是金属面纸件剪切力很大,会严重破坏输送介质的大分子链,造成介质物理性能下降。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种油田用新型调剖泵,以改善调剖泵的介质输送形式、提高输送效率。
具体地说,油田用新型调剖泵,具有作为壳体的缸体,在缸体内对称装有控制流体通过的阀组件,所述阀组件由阀座和阀芯构成,且阀座为锥面,阀芯上装有橡胶密封圈实现与阀座锥面的密封。
本实用新型将阀座的装配形式改为锥面固定,优点是零部件减少,装配简单,外形轻巧,检修省时省力。将阀密封面改为橡胶软密封,改善了调剖泵的介质输送形式、提高了输送效率,结构简单,磨损小,寿命长。同时,由于是柔软界面,不会切断输送介质的分子链,不会破坏输送介质的物理特性。

具体实施方式
如图所示,油田用新型调剖泵,具有作为壳体的缸体1,在缸体1内对称装有控制流体通过的阀组件,其特征是所述阀组件由阀座4和阀芯(3)构成,且阀座4为锥面,阀芯3上装有橡胶密封圈2实现与阀座4锥面的密封。
本实用新型与现有调剖泵比较,只是将阀座的装配形式改为锥面固定,同时将阀密封面改为橡胶软密封,其余结构都没有变化,这里对其详细结构和工作原理不再描述。

1.油田用新型调剖泵,具有作为壳体的缸体(1),在缸体(1)内对称装有控制流体通过的阀组件,其特征是所述阀组件由阀座(4)和阀芯(3)构成,且阀座(4)为锥面,阀芯(3)上装有橡胶密封圈(2)实现与阀座(4)锥面的密封。
