技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种输电设备,尤指一种±800kV特高压直流线路使用的铁塔接腿型式。
背景技术
架空输电线路铁塔的接腿型式采用塔身下直接连接接腿的型式,这种接腿型式简单,长短腿组合灵活,传力路径清晰,塔重较轻。由于输电线路路径等因素的影响,设计的铁塔呼称高度越来越高,现有接腿型式为铁塔接身下直接连接铁塔接腿,两者间为隔面,该种接腿型式根据铁塔呼称高的需要,能在任意接身和任意的隔面宽度下进行设置,铁塔接腿的左右塔腿斜材相交于一点,这种接腿是运用成熟的接腿型式,其具有型式简单,传力路径清晰,隔面较少,塔重较轻的特点,在地形坡度较大的地方立塔能充分发挥长短腿的优势,这种接腿型式的刚度也是比较好的。但在铁塔呼称高范围较大,接身数量较多的情况下采用该种接腿型式,会造成接腿数量较多,而每一套接腿的长短腿均要绘制成结构图,则要绘制较多的铁塔结构图,在铁塔加工过程中,每一条接腿均要放样加工,这也大大增加了加工上的难度,并给铁塔施工组装造成难度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型的铁塔接腿型式,以减小铁塔图纸量,并方便铁塔的加工和施工组装。
本实用新型的目的通过下述技术方案来实现:一种±800kV特高压直流线路铁塔接腿,包括位于接身下的接腿,其包括各侧面的左右塔腿斜材,还包括置于接身和接腿之间连接两者的过渡段,所述左右塔腿斜材顶端间隔一距离。
作为优选方式,所述左右塔腿斜材顶端间还连接一连杆。
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型铁塔接腿采用公用接腿型式,一套接腿可在多个接身高度(呼称高度)下进行互换,大大地减少了铁塔腿部的数量,大量减少了铁塔图纸量,在铁塔加工过程中,仅需对公用接腿进行放样加工,也极大地减少了放样的工作量和加工的难度,在铁塔施工组装过程中,公用接腿型式也减轻了施工的难度。因此,公用接腿型式能有效地缩短工程的工期,减少因工期产生的成本。
以三个接身下接接腿为例,假设接腿的最短腿均为4m,最长腿均为12m,则每套接腿有9个长短腿。采用现有技术方案,三个接身需设计三套接腿,每套接腿9个长短腿,则需设计27个塔腿;采用本实用新型公用接腿型式,则可只设计一套接腿,共计9个塔腿。因此,采用公用接腿带来的益处是显而易见的,并且,公用接腿所接的接身数量越多效果越显著。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例和附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
实施例一:如图1至图5所示,一种±800kV特高压直流线路铁塔接腿,包括位于接身1下的接腿2,其包括各侧面的左右塔腿斜材3,还包括置于接身1和接腿2之间连接两者的过渡段4,所述左右塔腿斜材3顶端间隔一距离。为了达成本实用新型的目的,就要使一套接腿2能在多个不同下口宽度或形式的接身1下进行互换,这套接腿2在多个接身1下公用,因此称之为公用腿。一套接腿2的最长腿和最短腿是固定的,而左右接腿2上口的宽度也是固定的,因此,当呼称高增大时(接身1高度变大),公用接腿2的左右塔腿斜材3将不再相交于一点,铁塔接身1与接腿2的连接将通过一个“过渡段4”进行连接。根据呼称高的需要及接身1高度的布置情况,“过渡段4”的高度是可以调整的,左右塔腿斜材3上端拉开的距离是可以变化的。铁塔接腿2的正面,其侧面布置和正面布置一致。与“过渡段4”相关的剖面可布置成如图3、4所示型式,1-1剖面的两根交叉杆件5、6不受力,其作用在于减小被支撑杆件7、8的长细比,以减小被支撑杆件7、8的规格,减轻铁塔重量,并能够起到增加该隔面刚度的作用;2-2剖面的两根交叉杆件9、10是受力杆件,与连接的正侧面杆件11、12一起组成受力体系,传递作用力。
实施例二:如图6所示,所述左右塔腿斜材3顶端间还连接一连杆13。其是在实施例一的基础上,在左右塔腿间,“过渡段4”的下端加上了一根连杆13。这种型式比实施例一的方式增加了塔腿的刚度,铁塔能更好地抵抗扭力的作用,但由于增加了连杆13,使得传力路径较为复杂,且隔面较多,因此也增加了铁塔的重量。

2.如权利要求1所述的±800kV特高压直流线路铁塔接腿,其特征在于:所述左右塔腿斜材顶端间还连接一连杆。
