背景技术
在房屋的建筑浇筑过程当中,很多的时候都需要用到模板,本人之前申请过一个专利号为:CN201020105245.8,名称为一种中空塑料模板的专利。但是这个专利,两面板之间只通过一个个单独的筋相连,且筋与筋是不相连的。这样钉子订的时候容易顶破,重复利用性能差。锯的时候容易破裂等缺陷。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种中空多层格栅塑料模板。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所采取的技术方案为:一种中空塑料模板,包括模板本体,所述的模板本体的横向断面为多层格栅通孔,且格栅间间距均等,通孔的孔壁之间相互紧密连接。
各通孔的大小相同。
本实用新型最突出的优点:易受钉,易锯,使用寿命长,牢固,能多次重复利用,可回收。

具体实施方式
一种中空塑料模板,包括模板本体1,所述的模板本体1的横向断面为多层格栅通孔2,且格栅间间距均等,模板纵横受压强度均衡,通孔的孔壁之间相互紧密连接。各通孔2的大小相同。所述的塑料模板可以用PC、PVC、PE或是PP等塑料制成,其中,PC为聚碳酸酯,PVC为聚氯乙烯,PE为聚乙烯,PP为聚丙烯。
