Abstract

一种日光灯套管，包括有：日光灯管7、电子镇流器11、管套6、塑料外壳4和固定片2和5，日光灯管外罩有管套，管套的两端为外壳，日光灯由固定片支承在管套内，日光灯的接线端子3连接电子镇流器，并连接到塑料外壳上的电源引脚1。塑料外壳上带有散热孔；管套为无色透明、或半透明、或磨砂效果、或有颜色；管套也可以有反光涂层；套管的基质原料之中也可加入各种相应的材料，分别达到以下的功能和作用：加入光助剂，吸收、过滤对眼睛有害的特定波长的光波，起到护眼的作用。加入抗紫外线剂，能吸收240-340纳米的紫外光，过滤紫外线，起到护眼的作用。灯管内装紫外线荧光灯，让紫外线通过，起到杀菌消毒的作用。

本实用新型涉及日光灯的安装方式及装置。
背景技术
日光灯一般用于照明或其它用途，日光灯的灯管要安装在灯架上，连接启辉器和镇流器，方能使用。这些工作，要有专业人员操作才能实现。日光灯的灯管裸露在外，容易破碎，日光灯除了照明以外，用途比较单一。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种日光灯套管，将日光灯管罩在其中，实现其多种功能。
  本实用新型的技术方案是，一种日光灯套管，包括有：日光灯管、电子镇流器、管套、塑料外壳和固定片，日光灯管外罩有管套，管套的两端为外壳，日光灯由固定片支承在管套内，日光灯的接线端子连接电子镇流器，并连接到塑料外壳上的电源引脚。
    塑料外壳上带有散热孔；
管套为无色透明、或半透明、或磨砂效果、或有颜色；
管套也可以有反光涂层；
套管的基质原料之中也可加入各种相应的材料，分别达到以下的功能和作用：
a)       加入光助剂，吸收、过滤对眼睛有害的特定波长的光波，起到护眼的作用。
b)      加入抗紫外线剂，能吸收240-340纳米的紫外光，过滤紫外线，起到护眼的作用。
c)       灯管内装紫外线荧光灯，让紫外线通过，起到杀菌消毒的作用。
d)      让波长在62~636纳米（nm）之间的光波通过，适合植物进行光合作用。
e)       让某种颜色的光波通过，适合某些行业的需要。例如：卖蔬果和肉类的档铺需要红光，使货品看起来更新鲜。

具体实施方式
 如图1所示，一种日光灯套管，包括有：日光灯管7、电子镇流器11、管套6、塑料外壳4和固定片2和5，日光灯管外罩有管套，管套的两端为外壳，日光灯由固定片支承在管套内，日光灯的接线端子3连接电子镇流器，并连接到塑料外壳上的电源引脚1。图中另一端的序号：固定片8、塑料外壳9、接线端子10、引脚12。
日光灯的灯管外加装的套管，形态：透明、半透明、磨砂效果、反光涂层、有颜色、无色；材质： PE、PC、PMMA、有机玻璃、竹或木或金属骨架外层纺织品或贴膜等，尺寸不特定，作用是防碎保护层。灯管端头塑料外壳的材质：工程塑料、高分子树脂或金属等耐燃材料，形式：灯管头内可根据需要，嵌入安装镇流器或不安装。日光灯套管管径规格：T12、T10、T8、T5，套管内灯管规格：T10、T8、T5或更小规格。

1.一种日光灯套管，包括有：日光灯管（7）、电子镇流器（11）、管套（6）、塑料外壳（4）和固定片（2、5），其特征是日光灯管外罩有管套，管套的两端为外壳，日光灯由固定片支承在管套内，日光灯的接线端子（3）连接电子镇流器，并连接到塑料外壳上的电源引脚（1）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的日光灯套管，其特征是塑料外壳（4、9）上带有散热孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的日光灯套管，其特征是管套（6）为无色透明、或半透明、或磨砂效果、或有颜色。
4.根据权利要求1所述的日光灯套管，其特征是管套（6）有反光涂层。
