背景技木:
现有吸顶灯,广泛运用于民用和工业照明,尤其是工业照明,大多采用高功率光源,其具有较强的光线,一般需在外部加设灯罩,即保护人眼,也能提高光照的均匀性,并按设计要求的光路方向照射。目前,灯罩均采用整体式结构,透明材料的灯罩一般加工成圆弧状,表面设有各种结构的光栅纹或棱镜纹,以此来起到均光和调整光路的作用,但效果均不够理想。如何解决现有吸顶灯的光路,即成为本实用新型研究的对象。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是设计一种从中心往外逐条增大向外倾斜角度的三棱镜纹吸顶灯灯罩。
本实用新型技术方案是这样实现的:一种吸顶灯灯罩,其特征是灯罩由透光材料成型,至少灯罩外表面成型有从中心往外扩展开来的三棱镜纹理,三棱镜纹理从中心往外逐条增大其倾斜角。以此来改变光线的光路,消除光斑或眩光现象。
所述灯罩为碗形弧面结构,三棱镜纹理成台阶状结构分布在碗形弧面上。
本实用新型通过改变各三棱镜的角度,尤其从中心往外逐条三棱镜略往外倾斜,能改变光线的折射角度,达到消除光斑和眩光的作用。

参照图1,为吸顶灯灯罩设计的原理图,灯罩1外表面成型有从中心往外扩展开来的三棱镜纹理2,三棱镜纹理2从中心往外逐条增大其倾斜角,如图中,靠中心的第一条三棱镜与中心线的夹角A,第二条三棱镜与中心线的夹角B,第三条三棱镜与中心线的夹角C,它们依次是夹角A<B<C,形成丰富的光路变化,以消除光斑和眩光。
参照图2,为一种吸顶灯灯罩实例,灯罩1由透光材料成型,为弧面碗形结构,至少灯罩1外表面成型有从中心往外扩展开来的三棱镜纹理2,三棱镜纹理2从中心往外逐条增大其倾斜角,并成台阶状结构分布在表面上。
