本实用新型涉及包装领域，特别涉及折叠式包装内卡。
【背景技术】
为了避免一些易碎品如节能灯在运输过程中发生碰撞而损坏，通常会在包装盒内设置有具有缓冲作用的内衬或内卡。目前市场上的内衬或者内卡其结构比较复杂，制作工艺繁琐，生产成本高。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种制作工艺简单、生产成本低，卡装时产品不容易歪斜的简易折叠式包装内卡。
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种简易折叠式包装内卡，包括板状基材，所述的板状基材边缘设有多个能折起的折叠边，其特征在于：所述的板状基材中部设有卡孔，所述的卡孔周边设有多个由板状基材裁切所述的卡孔由内向外翻折的卡块。
如上所述的一种简易折叠式包装内卡，其特征在于：所述的卡块有6个，呈锯齿状。
如上所述的一种简易折叠式包装内卡，其特征在于：所述的板状基材上设有折痕线，所述的折叠边沿所述的折痕线折起。
本实用新型的有益效果有：将折叠边折起和卡块翻起，然后将产品套装在的卡孔内，制作简易，使用方便；在产品的两端均套上内卡，产品可以依靠在卡块上防止其倾斜。

如图1、图2、图3所示，一种简易折叠式包装内卡，包括板状基材1，板状基材1边缘设有多个能折起的折叠边11，板状基材1中部设有卡孔15，卡孔15周边设有多个由板状基材1裁切卡孔15由内向外翻折的卡块12，卡块12有6个，呈锯齿状，板状基材1上设有折痕线13，板状基材1上设有折痕线13，折叠边11沿折痕线13折起。
使用时，将折叠边11和卡孔15向同一方向翻起，将产品的两端套装在卡孔15内。产品的两端会依靠在卡块12上，这样使产品装在包装盒内不容易倾斜，运输过程中比较平稳，不容易损坏。

1.一种简易折叠式包装内卡，包括板状基材(1)，所述的板状基材(1)边缘设有多个能折起的折叠边(11)，其特征在于：所述的板状基材(1)中部设有卡孔(15)，所述的卡孔(15)周边设有多个由板状基材(1)裁切所述的卡孔(15)由内向外翻折的卡块(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易折叠式包装内卡，其特征在于：所述的卡块(12)有6个，呈锯齿状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易折叠式包装内卡，其特征在于：所述的板状基材(1)上设有折痕线(13)，所述的折叠边(11)沿所述的折痕线(13)折起。
