饰品就是用来装饰和佩戴的。有些饰品可以起到芳香，清洁，美化等作用。好的饰品可以使人换然一新、心旷神怡，在街上诸多的饰品精品店也越来越注重到饰品的市场，在居家装饰、生日礼物、朋友聚会、送男女朋友等都离不开饰品。饰品行业是从珠宝首饰、工艺礼品行业中分离出来，综合形成的一个新兴产业。饰品作为新经济的增长点，发达国家已逐步走向成熟。各种档次的专卖店、销售点星罗棋布；各种款式、各种层次的产品充分满足了日益增长的市场需求。而在中国内地，这一行业尚处于初期发展阶段。随着社会经济、文化的飞跃发展，人们正从温饱型步入小康型，崇尚人性和时尚，不断塑造个性和魅力，已成为人们的追求。传统的带有植物标本的饰品，缺乏美观。
发明内容
为了克服上述之不足，本实用新型目的在于提供一种更具美观性且结构新颖的带有植物标本的饰品。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
带有植物标本的饰品，包括有本体和植物标本，其特征在于：所述本体为板状结构，所述植物标本粘贴在板状本体的上表面，所述板状本体上设有透明保护层，所述植物标本被封在透明保护层内。
所述透明保护层的外表面为二次曲面。
所述板状本体是由金属材料制成，板状本体的下表面且与透明保护层相对应的位置设有透明层，所述透明层的表面形状与透明保护层的表面形状相同。
所述板状本体是由塑料制成。
本实用新型的有益效果：由于采用上述的结构，大大增强了美观性；由于板状本体的装饰点缀物采用上下对称的结构，从而使结构更新颖，更别致。

 如图1、2所示，带有植物标本的饰品，包括有本体1和植物标本2，其特征在于：所述本体1为板状结构，所述植物标本2粘贴在板状本体2的上表面，植物标本2的表面覆盖有透明保护层3，从而将植物标本2封在透明保护层3内，对植物标本2起到一定的保护作用。所述透明保护层的外表面是一个弧形面。
所述板状本体1是由金属材料制成，板状本体1的下表面且与透明保护层3相对应的位置设有透明层4，所述透明层4的表面形状与透明保护层3的表面形状相同。

3.根据权利要求1所述的带有植物标本的饰品，其特征在于：所述板状本体是由金属材料制成，板状本体的下表面且与透明保护层相对应的位置设有透明层，所述透明层的表面形状与透明保护层的表面形状相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带有植物标本的饰品，其特征在于：所述板状本体是由塑料制成。
