Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种有三层使用层的液晶保护膜，由PET保护剥离膜1、第一层PET低粘保护膜2、第二层PET低粘保护膜3、第三层PET低粘保护膜4和PET剥离膜5组成，在PET保护剥离膜1的下面贴附有三层PET低粘保护膜，在三层PET低粘保护膜的下面贴附有PET剥离膜5。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种保护膜，特别指得是一种具有三层使用层的液晶保护膜。
背景技术
液晶保护膜，其主要构造有3层：第一层为PET保护剥离膜，第二层为PET低粘保护膜即使用层，第三层为PET剥离膜即底材。已有的液晶保护膜，其构造虽然是3层，但是真正使用层只有一层，且只能使用一次。市面上虽然有多层构造的多层保护膜，但是目前市场上推出的产品都是厨房等其它行业使用的产品，而不是液晶专用的保护膜，无论是在透光率还是自动吸附能力上都达不到液晶保护膜的基本要求。
为了解决以上技术中存在的问题，本实用新型作出了以下技术解决方案。
实用新型内容：
如图1，本实用新型由PET保护剥离膜1、第一层PET低粘保护膜2、第二层PET低粘保护膜3、第三层PET低粘保护膜4和PET剥离膜5组成。在PET保护剥离膜1的下面贴附有三层PET低粘保护膜，在三层PET低粘保护膜的下面贴附有PET剥离膜5，其特点如下：
1.第一层为PET保护剥离膜其厚度为50微米的PET加上10微米厚的硅胶层，总厚度公差为正负2微米。
2.第二层和第三层为PET低粘保护膜，膜厚为50微米加上硅胶涂层厚度10微米，每层公差为正负2微米，第二层、第三层与第一层之间依靠硅胶涂层进行粘合。
3.第四层为PET低粘保护膜，其厚度为100微米的PET低粘保护膜主膜加上20微米的硅胶涂层，公差为正负2微米，与第三层依靠硅胶涂层进行粘合。
4.第五层为PET剥离膜即底材，依靠硅胶涂层与第四层PET低粘保护膜进行粘合。
5.五层保护膜的总厚度为350微米，公差正负10微米，使用层即第二、第三、第四层的厚度为240微米，公差正负6微米。
6.第二层保护膜可以从第三层保护膜上剥离下来，第三层保护膜可以从第四层保护膜上剥离下来。
7.第二层与第三层的硅胶粘着力为1.5-2.0g之间(N/25mm)如果其粘着力小于1.5g，就会容易使第二层和第三层的保护膜在使用中脱离主膜即第四层PET低粘保护膜；如果其粘着力大于2.0g的话，第二层和第三层的PET低粘保护膜就很难从其他层的保护膜上剥离下来。
本实用新型的有益效果是当第二层表面有划伤损坏时，将其可以剥离下来，继续当新保护贴使用；当第三层表面再出现划伤损坏时，再将第三层撕下来，又可继续当新保护贴使用。这样一次贴膜三次利用，不仅达到了更换方便，不用重贴，还可以为消费者节省不必要的开支。

具体实施方式；
如图1，本实用新型由PET保护剥离膜1、第一层PET低粘保护膜2、第二层PET低粘保护膜3、第三层PET低粘保护膜4和PET剥离膜5组成。在PET保护剥离膜1的下面贴附有三层PET低粘保护膜，在三层PET低粘保护膜的下面贴附有PET剥离膜5，当第一层PET低粘保护膜2被刮伤后，将其剥掉，继续使用第二层PET低粘保护膜3，当第二层PET低粘保护膜3被刮伤后，将其剥掉，继续使用第三层PET低粘保护膜4。
Claims (7)
1.一种具有三层使用层的液晶保护膜，由PET保护剥离膜(1)、第一层PET低粘保护膜(2)、第二层PET低粘保护膜(3)、第三层PET低粘保护膜(4)和PET剥离膜(5)组成，其特征是在PET保护剥离膜(1)的下面贴附有三层PET低粘保护膜，在三层PET低粘保护膜的下面贴附有PET剥离膜(5)。
2.由权利要求1所述的一种具有三层使用层的液晶保护膜，其特征是第一层为PET保护剥离膜其厚度为50微米的PET加上10微米厚的硅胶层，总厚度公差为正负2微米。
3.由权利要求1所述的一种具有三层使用层的液晶保护膜，其特征是第二层和第三层为PET低粘保护膜，膜厚为50微米加上硅胶涂层厚度10微米，每层公差为正负2微米，第二层、第三层与第一层之间依靠硅胶涂层进行粘合。
4.由权利要求1所述的一种具有三层使用层的液晶保护膜，其特征是第四层为PET低粘保护膜，其厚度为100微米的PET低粘保护膜主膜加上20微米的硅胶涂层，公差为正负2微米，与第三层依靠硅胶涂层进行粘合。
5.由权利要求1所述的一种具有三层使用层的液晶保护膜，其特征是第五层为PET剥离膜即底材，依靠硅胶涂层与第四层PET低粘保护膜进行粘合。
6.由权利要求1所述的一种具有三层使用层的液晶保护膜，其特征是五层保护膜的总厚度为350微米，公差正负10微米，使用层即第二、第三、第四层的厚度为240微米，公差正负6微米。
7.由权利要求1所述的一种具有三层使用层的液晶保护膜，其特征是第二层保护膜可以从第三层保护膜上剥离下来，第三层保护膜可以从第四层保护膜上剥离下来。
